4. Accreditation Yeesang PARK Director of Accreditation

Accreditation Accreditation Olympic/Paralympic Identity and Accreditation Card Functions Visa-free entry into Korea Together with a valid passport, OIAC/PIAC will serve as a multiple entry visa and work permit to Korea from 9 January to 18 April 2018. Access to the Olympic/Paralympic Venues Once validated, the OIAC/PIAC will entitle the holders to necessary access to the Games venues, zones and privileges.

Accreditation Guidelines Accreditation The accreditation is an device that enables individuals to access the Olympic/Paralympic venues in order to perform their role. Either an accreditation card or a spectator ticket will allow people to access relevant venues. Non-accredited individuals need to purchase a ticket to access the venues. No substitution or replacement accreditation is permitted for International Dignitary categories.

Accreditation - Process Accreditation The Responsible Organisations (NOCs/NPCs) will invite and submit the accreditation applications for each International Dignitary, accompanying guest, member of entourage and head of diplomatic mission who are entitled to be accredited. The accreditation process will start in June 2017 for the Olympic Games and July 2017 for Paralympic Games. The NOCs should submit the applications via online accreditation system.
