Relay is 88 days away! Anatomy of a Tent Site It s a perfect time to start designing your tent site! Tent sites are 15 feet wide! Depth depends on site location. Helpful Hint: Sites along the inside of the track offer more depth. Power & water are not available at your tent site. Maximizing your space: Please set your tables/displays a few feet off the track (we don t want to block the track, with any customers at your site). Consider a L or U configuration with your tables to highlight your fundraisers, & make them visible to the track. Secure your tents with sand bags or water jugs!
Get Those Creative Juices Flowing! When designing your tent site: Incorporate the event theme, Camping for a Cure There are so many different directions to take the event theme, make your decorations fun! You could also incorporate the theme into your onsite fundraisers & team t-shirts the possibilities are endless! Need help generating ideas? Pinterest Relay Nation
