REGISTRATION CONTROL A welcoming center will be at your disposal to: - Get general information about the race - Get staff access passes - Registration control by chefs d equipe only - - The welcoming center will be located inside the French Boule Stadium near the track Please follow the information signs Opening hours: Friday 25/04/14 from 13H00 to 22H00 Saturday 26/04/14 from 07H30 to 09H00 (for information envelops) and until 17H00 for the infos. Each rider will be given an envelope containing a front and side-number plate as well as a pass bracelet for the week-end. - These number plates must be used during all the race event.
PRIZES Trophies and prizes will be given to each podium riders on each class during the protocol ceremony by officials. A ticket system will be implemented by the organizing club to enable the other main riders (4 to 8) to get their prizes outside the ceremony. For all the Championship categories, trophies for podium riders and prizes will be given according to the corresponding chart below. Team zones will be given in the order registrations will be received. Charging fees of 100 will asked at your arrival. Team zones reservations will be done by downloading the reservation form and send it to the indicated address.
PARKING Free parking will be located around the track. Signs will be posted in order to indicate the different locations. Camping-cars will not be allowed on the parking zones. Notice: P1 access through "rue des vignerons" P2 and P3 access through rue du docteur Mouras CAMPGROUND The campground zone will be located right next to the track. A welcoming booth will be posted at the entry of the campground and signs will be posted. Electricity will be offered on the campground. Bathroom facilities will be within 150 meters from the campground. Reservations will be taken after they have been downloaded and completely filled in and send to the indicated address. 50 fees will be taken for one campground spot. Reservations will be taken until Monday 14 April 2014. No camping-cars will be accepted with no prior reservation. BMX PARK A non-guarded BMX park will be posted inside the BMX village. Do not fail to get a lock to have your BMX bike secured safely within the non-guarded BMX park.
