Horses aged 3 to 8 years rated zero and above are eligible to participate in all ordinary races however, the age restriction will not apply to Sweepstakes races 2. The following category horses: 3 year and 4 year olds rated 30 and 5 year olds rated 40 and above which arrive at My.R.C. with the prior permission of the Stewards before 25th August 2017 from other Centre are eligible to be made Mysore Based Horses provided they are under the charge of `A' Licence Trainer subject to availability of Stables 3. No outstation horse can claim the status of Mysore Based Horse during if they arrive after 25th August 2017 4. Horses which have been stabled and issued Mysore Track Numbers are considered as local horses. ALL ENTRY MONEY WILL BE CHARGED AT APPLICABLE G.S.T. NO ENTRY FEE OR FORFEITS WILL BE CHARGED IN ALL RACES EXCEPT SWEEPSTAKES RACES. HOWEVER, SERVICE CHARGES WILL BE LEVIED AS UNDER : (i) @ 0.25% of stakes to the Winner in case the entry is made only for one race during the week/day (ii) @ 0.5% of stakes to the Winner in each race in case the entry is made for more than one race during the week/day (iii) An acceptor in a race is eligible to claim exemption from service charges for ONLY ONE RACE during the week for which acceptance is on the same day. (iv) Service charge will be levied @ 2% of the stakes to the Winner for horses entered, accepted and withdrawn on any other ground except on Veterinary ground or for fractious behaviour at the starting gates at the time of starting in which case no service charge will be levied.
(v)it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that all horses arriving at the premises of Mysore Race Club Ltd., should possess the following documents without which they will be strictly prohibited from entering the My.R.C.premises. i) A valid coggins test certificate negative for E.I.A. ii) iii) 7 A health certificate from the Senior Veterinary Officer of the respective Club stating that the horse does not show any clinical signs of E.I.A., Glanders, A.H.S. Strangles or Equine Influenza at the time of its departure. An endorsement in the passport to the effect that they have been administered with approved vaccination against Equine Influenza. The details of vaccination such as date and name of the vaccine, batch number and expiry date (vignette) shoud be endorsed in the passport and must be duly signed by the Senior Veterinary Officer of the respective Club. MYSORE RACE CLUB LIMITED N O T I C E Special attention is invited to general conditions 1,2,4,6,7,10 and 18. To avoid inconvenience, Owners and Trainers are requested to place a deposit with the Secretary sufficient to cover every liability for the meeting. COURSE FEE: 8 A course fee as fixed by the Stewards per horse for the meeting payable in advance, will be charged for horses trained on the course, once the horses are stationed at M.R.C.Ltd.,irrespective of whether they stay for full or part of the meeting. This amount will be refunded in respect of horses which run atleast twice during the Meeting. By order of the Stewards, K.G.
