This contract is entered into at Albuquerque, New Mexico and is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. In any litigation concerning matters covered by this contract, jurisdiction shall be in New Mexico, with venue in the County of Bernalillo. Each exhibitor will be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any person whosoever, or any damage to any property, by any horse owned or exhibited by him, and shall indemnify the New Mexico State Fair and the State of New Mexico against all claims or demands, of any kind or nature, that may grow out of any injury or damage occasioned by any horses owned or exhibited by him or arise from any person in charge of any such horse.
