GENERAL INFORMATION Ski Slopestyle World Cup Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 As part of the 2018 FIS Freeski World Cup Tour December 19-23, 2017 Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 Resort and the French Ski Federation (FFS) are pleased to invite all Freeski Nations to attend a FIS World Cup event at Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 as part of the 2018 FIS Freeski World Cup. The Organizing Committee will host the event in accordance with the International Ski Competition rules of the FIS. All national associations affiliated with the FIS are invited to compete. 1. ENTRIES Preliminary entries will be accepted from National Ski Associations following FIS quotas and rules. Please submit your preliminary entries with the anticipated number of your competition team (including competitors and officials) by Saturday, November 11th, 2017 / 11.11.2017. In agreement with the FIS, your Final Entries (final names of your competition participants including competitors and officials) must be received by organizer no later than Monday, December 11th, 2017 / 11.12.2017. FIS has established nation Quotas for World Cups. National Ski Teams can only enter World Cup Freeski competitors according to the Quota limitations. The Quotas can be downloaded: http://www.fis-ski.com/inside-fis/document-library/freestyleskiing/index.html#deeplink=quotas All participant must have a minimum of 25 FIS points to compete (rule of the WC rules n 13.1.4). All competition participants (including competitors and officials) must report to the Registration Area for check-in before proceeding to the Slope Style competition venue. All fees will be collected upon check-in. Participation Fee: 120 CHF 3. REGISTRATION Team registration will take place at the Race Office, which will be located at: Châlet des Airelles 66120 FONT-ROMEU Longitude 2,0353 / Latitude 42,5204 Team registration/lodging check-in will take place daily beginning on December 18th from 3:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. To be eligible for participation in the 2018 FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup each competitor must be a citizen of a country from the National Ski Association, with a license and prove this with a valid passport. 4. ACCOMMODATIONS Teams will be responsible for their own accommodations. The organizing committee can provide some negotiated accommodations from 49 euros to 85 euros per day per people. TRANSPORTATION Teams will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Font Romeu- Pyrénées 2000 Resort.

ANTI-DOPING Anti-doping control may be conducted for each gender. 7. LIABILITY All Athletes, officials and other members of their National Association who attend and participate in the event shall do so at their own risk. The Organizing committee, Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000, the French Ski Association, sponsors and suppliers, employees and volunteers shall not be held responsible to any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organization or staging of the event. All participant are urged no to be negligent in safeguarding their personal belongings at all time. 8. ACCIDENT INSURANCE Every competitor must be medically insured on her/his own. The Organizing Committee, Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000, the FIS and the French Ski Association decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment during the training and competitions. 9. ACCIDENT PROTOCOL In case of accidents on course during the event, medical personnel from the Organizing Committee and Ski Patrol will be responsible for any medical decision or evacuation to local hospital. 10. PRICE MONEY According to FIS WC rule n 7, the total Price Money is CHF 50 000. Top 10 men and top 10 women will get some Price Money. This Price Money will be paid by Bank Transfer.
