8 VISA INFORMATION A foreign visitor traveling to Russia must have a valid visa. The Organizing Committee, Russian Ski Association with the Russian Alpine Ski and Snowboard Federation will assist all participants and guests in obtaining an official visa invitation, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation of Federal Migration Service of Russia. Documents to get the invitation: scanned copy of passport (in good quality); filled in Initial Application Form (see below). This form will be placed in the official site of the event Please note that citizens of Schengen zone countries (Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia) can apply for Russian visa in any Russian Embassy on the territory of the above mentioned countries. Canadian and American citizens are able to apply for Russian visa in any country of the world. Please note Russian Embassy requires that any foreign visitors traveling to Russia has travel insurance. VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERSONS WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE PART IN ALL COMPETITONS IN RUSSIA SEASON HAVE TO GET A DOUBLE ENTRIES VISA. Please note that the Organizing Committee requests all arriving teams use one Moscow airport - Sheremetyevo. The OC will provide to all MEN athletes special charter from WC in Bansko to Moscow. 11 WAXING FACILITIES There are waxing facilities for participating nations in Moscow. For all teams waxing service will be organized in venue place in the big tent.

Starting with dinner on Sunday, February 19 th up to and including breakfast on Wednesday, February 22, Hot catering for athletes, team members and FIS officials will be served at the competition venue on February 21, 2012.

13 ACCREDITATION Accreditation for athletes, teams and their vehicles. The FIS system accreditation will be used in Moscow. If your staffs` don`t have any FIS season accreditation, the OC can help with a local accreditation. Please contact by info@newliga.ru
