Lindsley Motorsports plans to take the Nation by force and race about one hundred nights a year from mid January to mid November. For the 2012 season, Lindsley Motorsports will be competing with the World of Outlaws Late Model series as a contracted team. The World of Outlaws is a national Late Model touring series with about fifty events a year in twenty five different states as well as Canada. The other fifty nights will include as many races as possible with the Lucas Oil Late Model Series which is the other national Late Model touring series, it is sure to be an exciting season! Lindsley Motorsports will also race at big races like the World 100, World of Outlaws World Finals, Knoxville Late Model Nationals and the Dirt Late Model Dream which is the premier event in late model racing. Lindsley Motorsports and Jay Cardy Lindsley Motorsports is a Dirt Late Model team based out of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. It was founded by Peter, who has an extensive marketing and motorsports background and his wife Jamie Lindsley. Lindsley Motorsports driver, Jay Cardy, is one of Australia s most promising young late model drivers. He has always proven to be a winner no matter what he drives. Jay is definitely one of Late Model racing s young talented stars who has worked his way up the motorsport ladder. Being around racing most of his life, Jay can climb into any race machine and always be determined to be the first one to finish line. He has proven himself since the age of five in BMX, where he impressed early, winning numerous races and championships, proving himself as a tough and talented competitor. After seven years in BMX, Jay stepped up into the competitive world of asphalt racing in go-karts. Then he moved into speedway by racing in an AMCA National sedan. He immediately found success in his first season finishing third in his first race. He only competed in four meetings in his first season but backed it up the following season by winning the series championship, as well as the Perth Motorplex Track Championship. In Late Models, Jay has proven to be a rising star starting out in 2006/07 season which was an exciting opportunity for the youngest driver in the division. As the season progressed, the young star battled for position before finishing the season strongly. In 2007/08 Jay secured a drive in the successful Cardy Racing Components outfit. With a new car, engine and team, Jay put in some great drives over the season to finish 6th in both the Motorplex Track Series Point and the Pro Dirt Late Model Series Points. 2008/09, Jay Jycontinued racing Late Models for the Cardy Racing Components outfit but took a step up and became a regular front runner and finishing on top becoming the Perth Motorplex Track Champion. It was a successful season for the young charger finishing 2nd in the State Title and 3rd in the Pro Dirt Late Model Series Points. 2009/10 was a another great season for Jay and the Cardy Racing Components team, getting back to back track championships p as well becoming the first Australian to qualify for a World of Outlaws Late Model A main in America. For the 2010/11 Jay is again running the Pro Dirt Late Model Series before coming to America for the 2012 season.

Overview of Late Model Racing Late Model racing is the fastest growing g form of motorsports in the United States and Australia today. Within the last 10 years, Late Model racing has grown from Saturday night beer stands to corporate sponsored, televised events. These purpose built 850+ horsepower racecars and racing on dirt oval tracks at speeds in excess of 120mph and compete nationwide at the greatest dirt track facilities.
