PANTHER YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION 2012 BYLAWS ARTICLE I NAME, PURPOSE, AND FUNCTION (A)The name of the organization shall be Panther Youth Football Association. (B) The purposes of the Panther Youth Football Association are: (1) To build good character and teach good sportsmanship. (2) To promote greater athletics for the youth of the community. (3) To promote and sponsor recreation of girl s grade k-5 through 6 th and boys ages 5-12, providing he has not reached age 13 before August 1 st (C) The function of the Association shall be as follows: (1) To lend financial support to the Panther Youth Football Association. (2) To furnish equipment for team members in order to maintain a safe and well equipped team. ARTICLE II POLICIES OF THE ASSOCIATION (A)The Association shall be noncommercial, nonsectarian, and nonpartisan. (B) The name of the Association or the name of any members in their official capacities shall not be used for any purpose not appropriately related to the promotion of the objects of the Association. (C) The Association shall not directly or indirectly participate or intervene in anyway including publishing or distributing of statements in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office, or devote more than an insubstantial part of its activities to attempting in influence legislation by propaganda or otherwise. (D)The Association shall cooperate with the schools and the city government and shall not seek to control their policies. (E) The Association may cooperate with other organizations and agencies concerned with child welfare or athletic projects, but persons representing the Association in such matters make no commitments that bind the Association. (F) These by-laws shall in no way conflict with the Appalachian Youth Football League rules. (G) All ball games shall be rescheduled by A-Team Head Coach and Board. (Except in the case of rain out or other league-sanctioned changes). ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIPS (A)Any Parent or legal guardian of children participating who holds to the objectives and basic policies of this Association may become a member of this Association. Membership in this Association shall be available without regard to race, color, creed, sex, or national origin. (B) The Association shall conduct an annual enrollment of members before August 1 st for girls and until roster check for boys. (C) Each family of the Association shall pay annual dues set by the Association at its first meeting each year. Such annual dues will be due no later than August 1 st and will pay the membership for the Association year, dated from the first of August through the thirty

first of July. Only members who have paid their dues prior to August 1 st will be considered in good standing of the Association and shall be eligible to participate in its business meetings. No child will be allowed to participate until all dues are paid. Current dues are $40.00. There will be a charge of $25.00 per child to off-set the Concession/Clean-up fees at homes games if you choose not to work your scheduled concession time(s). Parents must work a minimum schedule for home games which is to be decided upon by the amount of Panther Youth Football Players, Cheerleaders, and Danceline. (D)A copy of the by-laws will be posted on www.pantheryouthfootball.com and available upon request. (E) An assistant coach or co-sponsor that does not have a child in the Association must obtain an Associate Membership at the same cost as a regular membership; however, an Associate Membership cannot hold an elected position. (F) Each membership fee covers only one household. (ex. 2 parents, one parent & one step parent, 2 grandparents, etc ) ARTICLE IV MEETINGS (A)There shall be at least one regular monthly meeting of the Association on the first Tuesday of each month during the months of January, February, November and December at 7 p.m. at a predetermined site or the practice field, and 2 meetings per month during the months of August, September and October on the 1 st and 3 rd Tuesday of the month at the practice field at 7:30 p.m. Meetings for March, June and July will be held on the 1 st Sunday of those months at 2 p.m. at a predetermined site. (Meetings for April and May will not be held unless deemed necessary by the board). Three days notice will be given of any change of time or date when possible. (B) Special meetings of the Association may be called by the Chairman of the Board of Directors; two days notice must be given, with approval of the majority of the Board of Directors. (C) Eight members present, consisting of four (4) Board Members and four (4) Association members, at any given meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of Association business. ARTICLE V FISCAL YEAR CURRENT ASSOCIATION YEAR (A)The fiscal year of the Association shall begin on February 1 st and end on the following January 31 st. (B) The current Association year shall begin on August 1 st and end on the following July 31 st. (C) The cheerleader and dance line participants current year shall begin February 1 st and end the following January 31 st to follow the fiscal year of the Association and the football participants current year shall begin August 1 st and end on the following July 31 st to follow the Association current year. ARTICLE VI OFFICERS (executive) (A)The officers of this Association shall consist of a President, Vice- President, Secretary, and (2) two Treasurers. (a) The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association and the Board of Directors, of which he is the Chairman, and shall perform such other duties as

may be prescribed in these by-laws or assigned to him/her by the Association or by the Board of Directors. He/She shall coordinate the work of the officers and committees of the Association in order that objectives may be promoted. (b) The Vice President shall act as an aide to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in his/her absence or disability of that officer to act and shall perform such other duties as may be delegated to him/her. (c) The Secretary shall record all the minutes of all meetings of the Association and the Board of Directors and shall be responsible for getting the minute book to the President in his/her absence. He/She shall also perform such duties as may be delegated to him/her. The minutes are to be kept as a permanent record in a minute book for a period of two (2) years. (d) The 1 st Treasurer shall have access to all accounts and funds of the Association, shall keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures, is in charge of the Metro Bank account, and shall make disbursements in accordance with the approved budget as authorized by the Association. The Treasurer shall present a financial report monthly and at other times when requested by the Board of Directors and shall make a full report in July of each year. The Treasurer s account shall be examined annually by the Board of Directors, when satisfied the Treasurer s report is current and correct, he/she shall sign a statement to that fact at the end of the report. The Treasurer shall pay all bills with board approval. (All checks will be required to have two (2) approved signatures before payment is made on any outstanding invoices.) When the 1 st Treasurer is unavailable, due to work, illness, vacation, etc, it is his/her responsibility to get the checkbook in its entirety to the 2 nd Treasurer. If the 2 nd Treasurer is unavailable, the 1 st Treasurer must turn the checkbook in its entirety over to the President or Vice President. At no time is a blank check to be torn from the checkbook to be used at a later date. Both Treasurers are responsible for home game admissions, cheerleader tryout admission, and concession stands (practice field, home games, competition). (e) The 2 nd Treasurer will have access to all accounts and funds of the Association and is in charge of the Metro Bank account. The 2 nd Treasurer will assist the 1 st Treasurer, relieve 1 st Treasurer at home gate, be responsible for assisting the 1 st Treasurer in counting money and making deposits, collecting monies from fees, fundraisers, etc. The 2 nd Treasurer will oversee the person hired to run concessions as well as oversee practice field concessions, all Panther function concessions, any and all correspondence with Southside High School band Boosters concerning the rental of concession stands at the High School football stadium. Any and all purchases made by A-Team Head Coach, Boys Athletic Director, or Girls Athletic Director must have prior approval of the Board of Directors. Treasurers will hold office for a term of two (2) years with the 1 st Treasurer rolling off each year, the 2 nd Treasurer moving into the 1 st Treasurer position and a new 2 nd Treasurer being elected yearly. (f) Both Treasurers are responsible for counting all monies for all events (clinics, fundraisers, concessions, gate, etc ). Deposit slips are to be done immediately following the counting of all monies. Both Treasurers are to initial the deposit

slip. In the event one of the Treasurers is unavailable, then an officer from the Board will be present to count money and initial the deposit slip. There are always to be two (2) persons present when counting money and two (2) initials on the deposit slip. All money collected by Sponsors, Coaches, Team Moms, etc, will be required to give money collected to the Treasurer within 2 weeks or receiving the money. A fee of $25.00 will be added to ALL returned checks. (B) All Board Members shall: (a) Perform all duties prescribed in these by-laws and those that may be assigned. (b) Deliver to their successor all official material no later than ten (10) days following the elections of officers. (c) Board Members at large will be responsible for relief duties as needed as well as share the responsibilities of practice field concession stand, home game concession stand, cow patty concession stand, cheer dance competition concession stand (if Panthers are hosting) or any other Panther function. Responsibilities for the concession stands are, but are not limited to, ordering products, loading/unloading products, Friday night prep, and scheduling workers for concessions. ARTICLE VII BOARD OF DIRECTORS (A)The Board of Directors shall consist of five (5) officers, the A-Team Head Coach, Girls Athletic Director, Boys Athletic Director, and three (3) members elected at large. (a) At large members shall be elected for a term of one (1) year, with 3 Board Members being elected each year. (b) The A-Team Head Coach is the Associations League Representative and is responsible for attending league meetings and representing the Panther Youth Football Association only in matters agreed upon by the Association and informing the Association of League business and decisions. In the event the A-Team Head Coach cannot attend a league meeting, it is the responsibility of the Boys Athletic Director to attend in the A-Team Head Coach s place. The A-Team Head Coach should notify the Boy s Athletic Director as soon as possible if he is unable to attend. In the event that the Boy s Athletic Director is also unavailable to attend, the A-Team Head Coach will send a Coach as a chosen representative from either the A, B, or C team to represent the Panther Youth Football Association.. (c) The Girls Athletic Director shall be responsible for chairing the Girl s Athletic Committee, which will consist of all sponsors of cheerleaders and dance lines. It is the Girl s Athletic Directors responsibility to oversee the distribution of fundraising and Association information to the girl s parents through the Girl s Athletic Committee. The Girl s Athletic Director is also responsible for conducting annual clinics and tryouts. (d) The Boys Athletic Director shall be responsible for chairing the Boys Athletic Committee, which will consist of all coaches. It is the Boys Athletic Directors responsibility to secure playing fields, permits, and equipment. It is also the Boys Athletic Directors responsibility to distribute, maintain, and collect players equipment. The Boys Athletic Director will act as the Panther Youth Football representative at Appalachian League meetings in the event the A-Team Head Coach cannot attend. (e) Husband and wife may not hold an office or be on the Board of Directors at the same time.

(B) Board Meetings (a) The Board of Directors shall meet before each Association meeting as needed. A majority of the Board Members present shall constitute a quorum. Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the chairperson or a majority of the Board Members. (C) Duties of the Board of Directors (1) To create standing committees and to approve the plan of works for the standing committee. (2) To present a report to the Association at the first Association meeting following its monthly meeting or after any specialty meetings called. (3) To have the PYA Treasurers account examined quarterly by the board for off season, December-February and April-June, and monthly starting March, July-November. (4) To prepare and submit to the Association for approval, a budget for the fiscal year at the March meeting. (5) To make recommendations to the Association for approval. (6) To verify qualifications of the Cheerleader and Dance Line sponsors, C-Team and B- Team Head Coaches prior to the vote of the Association. (7) To approve appointments of assistant coaches, co-sponsors and team moms. (D)Vacancy (1) A vacancy occurring in any office during the active season (Aug 1 st Nov 30 th ) the Board of Directors may choose to appoint an eligible Association Member to hold that office until the next regular election (2) In the event a vacancy occurs in the office of President, the Vice President shall succeed. ARTICLE VIII ELECTIONS (A)Officers and Board of Directors Members (a) Elections will be held on the 1 st Tuesday in December. Officers and head coaches will take offices and their positions the 1 st Tuesday in January. Nominations for Board positions and head coaches will be accepted after the last ball game for the Association, in the event that one of our teams is in the playoffs, nominations will be opened after the last playoff game. NO NOMINATION WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL ALL THREE (3) FOOTBALL TEAMS HAVE COMPLETED THEIR SEASON. Nominations will remain open until November 30 th. (b) Only members in good standing for (90) days, who have attended at least 4 of the meetings in the current Association year (Aug 1 st July 31 st ) may be nominated and or hold office or cheer dance sponsor. (c) The A-Team Head Coach is elected for a three (3) year term in compliance with Appalachian Youth Football League rules. (d) Officers, Boys and Girls Athletic Directors may not hold positions of sponsor or head coach. (e) In the event that none eligible can be found to serve in elected office, nominations will become open to the general assembly. (B) C-Team, B-Team Coaches and C-Team, B-Team, A-Team Sponsors (a) Only members in good standing for 90 days and who have attended at least 4 of

the meetings in the current Association year (Aug 1 st July 31 st ) may be nominated. (b) A coach or a sponsor position is not over until new coaches or sponsors are elected. Any written charges or voiced complaints against any coach or sponsor will be investigated by the Panther Youth Board of Directors immediately following written or voiced complaint. The Board will review the complaint or charges and results of the investigation against said coach or sponsor in a special meeting called by the President or the Vice President. A coach or sponsor can be removed from his/her position with 75% of the Boards vote. Coach/Sponsor includes all assistant coaches and co-sponsors. (C) Voting Qualifications (a) Only members in good standing for ninety (90) days will be allowed to vote. (b) Absentee ballots for voting in elections will be allowed only for those members in good standing who have to work on the date of and during the hours of the meeting in which elections will be held. Work is the ONLY reason members may vote by absentee ballot. Members voting by absentee ballot must deliver their vote themselves. Spouses, children, friends, etc cannot cast the ballot for any member. President/Vice President will determine time and place to receive absentee ballots. At least four (4) Board Members and two (2) members at large should be present to receive all absentee ballots. Absentee ballots are to be cast on the same day as the election. In the event members work a shift greater than eight (8) hours and are unable to make the designated time for absentee voting, said member should contact the President or Vice President to make voting arrangements. Absentee ballots must be turned in on the day of election. No absentee ballots will be accepted after meeting in which elections are held. Members voting by absentee ballot must obtain a ballot, vote, and turn ballot in to designated Board Member in a sealed envelope. Sealed ballot will not be opened until the meeting in which elections are held. Members voting by absentee ballot must sign a statement provided by the Board of Directors before absentee ballot can be received. (c) One (1) Head Coach, five (5) assistant coaches, sponsors, one assistant and one team mom (A, B and C teams) are exempt from signing the book and attending meetings held at practice field during the months of August, September and October and will still be eligible to vote as long as they are on the field practicing. ARTICLE IX CONDUCT (A)All officers, Coaches, Sponsors, and members of the Board of Directors shall govern themselves in such a manner as to promote and develop good character, leadership, and sportsmanship. (B) Any written charges or complaints brought against any said member will be investigated by the Board. In turn, the President shall call a Board meeting at the earliest possible time to review such charges or complaints. The Board shall have the authority to assess penalties (if any) deemed necessary. (These rules shall apply to all members.) (C) Any officer, Board Member, Coach, or Sponsor missing three (3) consecutive meetings can be removed from said position in the meeting following the 3 rd absence by a majority vote of the Association present at said meeting, taken by secret ballot, after said party is notified by the President. Work is an excused absence.

(D)Any person found in possession of a weapon at any Panther Youth Football Association practice, game, or event will be permanently banned from any further association with the Panther Youth Football Association. ARTICLE X BOYS AND GIRLS RULES (A)Boys Rules (1) The A, B and C Teams shall consist of no more than forty (40) players on each team. Additional players may be accepted on a team at the Head Coach s discretion; however, any and all additional players on any of the teams must be approved by the Board of Directors. (2) Official practice shall not start prior to August 1 st of each year. The exact date shall be set by the coaches. (3) Practice prior to the beginning of school shall be set by the coaches but must not exceed two (2) practices daily or a maximum of four (4) hours. (4) Practice days shall be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday practice may be added if needed for a makeup day. (5) Practice will be determined by each individual Head Coach and shall not exceed two and one-half (2 ½) hours. Unless otherwise notified by the Head Coach prior to practice. (6) No new football player will be accepted for either team after the roster check date set by the League rules. (7) Age and weight will be governed by the League. Appalachian Football League Weight and Age limits are: A-Team 10, 11 & 12 year olds who are in 6th grade or less B-Team 8 & 9 year olds C-Team 5, 6 & 7 year olds No weight limit except for running backs as follows: A-Team - 130 lbs. B-Team - 110 lbs. C-Team - 90 lbs. Weigh-in will be one time only at or before the first game of the season. (8) To be a football player, parents or guardians must be a member of the Panther Youth Football Association. Once payment has been received, there shall be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. (9) At Coaches discretion, players may practice up or down 1 team. (10) All boys participating in Panther Youth, MUST have a parent present (at practice and. games) for their child at ALL times. (B) Girls Rules (1) Cheerleaders for the Panther Youth Association are based on the grade they are entering in the fall of the year they are participating. They are as follows: (a) A-Team Cheerleader 5 th & 6 th grade and those grand fathered under the 2006 Rules (no one over the age of 13 and in the 6 th grade) (b) B-Team Cheerleader 3 rd & 4 th grade (c) C-Team Cheerleader Pre 1 st, 1 st & 2 nd grade

(2) Dance line for the Panther Youth Association is based on the grade they are entering in the fall of the year they are participating. They are as follows: (a) A-Team Dance line 5 th & 6 th grade (no one over the age of 13 and in the 6 th grade) (b) B-Team Dance line 3 rd & 4 th grade (c) C-Team Dance line Kindergarten, Pre 1 st, 1 st & 2 nd grade (3) Each Cheer Coach will be responsible for choosing her squads uniforms and accessories. She will seek the Approval of the Girls Athletic Director, only to make sure that the uniform is tasteful and non-revealing. (4) There will be no head or co-head chosen on any squad. Girls that meet eligibility requirements (2 nd and final year on squad) will be rotated as captains each week. Sponsors will determine who will serve as captains each week. (5) There will be no more than 26 squad members on the A, B, C Team half time squads, and no more than 26 squad members on the A-Team cheer squad, no more than 24 squad members on the B-Team cheer squad, no more than 22 squad members on the C-Team cheer squad, unless otherwise voted on by the Board of Directors. Mascots will be left to the discretion of the sponsors. Mascots cannot be younger than 3 years old and cannot be in kindergarten. Mascots will not compete in any competitions. Mascots are required to pay Association dues, and participate in all Association fundraisers. Cheer tryouts may be closed. The decision to open or close, or partially open to the parents of the squad trying out. Tryouts will be determined by the Cheer Coaches and approved by the Board. (6) All cheerleaders will have tryouts before April 1 st of each year. No girl that has been selected by another league team will be allowed to cheer or dance for the Panther Youth Association. (7) Upon their selection, sponsors will select co-sponsors and team moms to assist them with their squads during the season. Co-sponsors and team moms must be approved by the Board of Directors. An additional co-sponsor may be selected if deemed necessary by the Board. (8) To be a cheerleader or on a dance line, a parent, or legal guardian of each girl must be a member of the Panther Youth Football Association by the first ball game. Membership dues are set by the Association. (9) Each cheerleader and dance line participant will furnish her own uniform in full, (the date to be determined by the Girls Athletic Committee.)The type of uniform is to be selected by the sponsor of each group and comply with the Panther Youth Football Association color scheme of black, white and maroon. The Panther Youth Football Association will not be responsible for any problem that may occur concerning girls uniforms. (10) A, B, and C Team dance lines and cheerleaders are required to stay until the end of their ball game. Under special circumstances and at the discretion of the sponsor and the Girls Athletic Director, girls may be allowed to leave early. No sponsor can allow his or her team to leave without the Girls Athletic Director s approval. This includes games that fall on a weeknight. (11) Sign-ups for cheerleader tryouts will be held the 2 Saturday s and 2 weekdays before clinic, time to be announced by the Girls Athletic Director.

(12) Cost for cheerleaders and half-time performers will not exceed $300 per girl for required uniform and equipment. Association, Tryout clinic, Camp and Homecoming Fees are NOT included in the $300. For ANY and ALL additional purchases that are made, Coaches MUST offer a Fundraiser. The money raised from the fundraiser will then be applied to the purchase that exceeds the $300. All squad members parents must agree to the additional purchase in order for the additional purchase to be made. This vote will be taken by secret ballot. Once payments have been received, they become NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS (13) Any girl who quits a Panther Youth Football Association cheer or dance squad and has an outstanding balance will not be allowed to participate with the Panthers until debt is cleared and Board approved. (14) All radios and Panther Youth equipment should be turned in to the Girls Athletic Director no later than the 1 st Association meeting following the last football game. (15) Girls attendance and participation policies are as follows: (a) All girls are required to attend all scheduled clinic dates (usually the last two (2) weeks of July). Missing clinic will result in immediate dismissal from the squad. (b) If your child is sick, you will need a doctor s excuse, but should still attend clinic so that she will not be behind on any material. Your child will be allowed to sit and watch. Your sponsor must see your child (It then will be decided if your child needs to go home). (c) All girls are required to attend all ball games, home or away. This includes Jamboree and Playoffs. (d) All girls are required to stay for the duration of all Panther Youth Football Association functions. Sometimes it may be necessary to cheer/dance in the rain; if the boys are playing, the girls are staying. (e) If a game has to be made up on a school night, the cheerleaders and dance line must remain for the duration of the game. No exceptions! (f) Missing a regular practice will result in sitting out one quarter of the following ball game. Tardiness is strongly discouraged and can add up to the total of missing practice. Leaving early also is a distraction to the squad and will be treated as a tardy or absence. Sometimes situations are considered excused with the approval of the sponsor and Girls Athletic Director. (g) Uniforms are not to be worn to school. Uniforms do not meet the Etowah County Board of Education Dress Code. (h) The Panther Mascot rules are as follows: 1. Panther Mascot will follow the same age requirements as A-Team cheerleaders and dance line. In the event that no one in the 5 th or 6 th grade wishes to be the Panther Mascot, the Panther Youth Football Association will allow volunteers to cheer during sideline cheers and work the crowd but will not be allowed to participate in half-time performances or competitions. 2. Panther Mascot is required to follow all attendance policies and participate in all functions and fundraisers. (16) All girls participating in Panther Youth, Must have a parent present (at practice and games) for their child at ALL times.

ARTICLE XI AWARDS (A)The number of trophies given will be determined by the Board. (B) Participation gifts and awards will be determined by the Association in accordance with funds available. ARTICLE XII AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS (A)These By-laws may be amended at regular meeting of the Association by a two-third (2/3) vote of the members present and voting, provided that notice of the proposed amendment shall have been given at two (2) previous meetings. Any proposed amendment must be submitted in writing. (B) A committee consisting of either the President or Vice President, Boys Athletic Director, Girls Athletic Director, A-Team Cheer Coach, A-Team Head Football Coach, and 4 nonmembers. The secretary shall sit in and take notes, but has no voting rights. The committee will be appointed to submit amendments to these by-laws. A revised set of bylaws, as a substitute for existing by-laws, can only be accomplished by a majority vote of the members present at the meeting to which they are submitted. Only one revision per Association year will be allowed (unless Appalachian League Rules determine a change of Panther Youth by-laws is warranted, and then only those specific rules may be changed). ARTICLE XIII NO TOLERANCE POLICY (A)Parents, step-parents, grand-parents or other family members etc should conduct themselves in a proper manner at all times. (1) There will be absolutely no abusive behavior or abusive language to players, coaches, sponsors, referees or Board members at any time (a) If this occurs, the guilty party may be banned from practices and or games. (b) If guilty party refuses to adhere to ban, child may be released from football, cheer or dance team. (2) Fans should not interfere with players, coaches, sponsors, referees or board members at any time. (a) At no time shall a fan come to the sidelines, fence, or onto the field to talk to players, coaches, sponsors or referees during practices or games unless requested by the coaching or sponsor staff For insurance and safety purposes, ONLY Coaches and Designated Coaches Assistants are allowed on the practice and game field. Chairs must also be on the outside of the fence during practice. In the C-team area, chairs must be back from the lined/practice field. (b) Anyone approaching a player, coach, sponsor, referee or Board member before or after a practice or a game in a threatening way will be subject to immediate banishment from Panther Youth Football Association (3) Parents may request a conference with the coaching or sponsor staff. It must be set up at a mutual time and place and never where any player is present. At the request of either party, it may be held in the presence of the Board of Directors. (4) Coaching and Sponsoring Staff (a) Coaches and sponsors should never use profanity, abusive language or abusive behavior to players, parents, referees, or board members. Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal.

(b) Coaches and sponsors should always conduct themselves in a proper manner consistent with Panther Youth Football Association Rules. (5) PARKING. Parents MUST park in the large parking lot and walk to their child s designated practice area. NO PARENT will be allowed to park up close to the field fence or drive down the service road by the field. ONLY Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and team moms should park by the practice field fence or drive down the service road. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and team moms should enter the practice field by driving past the storage building and using the service road. Board members may park in the large parking lot, by the A-team fence, or by the PYA storage building. NO Panther Youth Member shall cross the Southside walking track in their Vehicle. (see attached parking diagram) Note: Panther Youth Football Association has a NO TOLERANCE Rule for abusive behavior toward any person at any Panther Youth Football Association function. This behavior will result in possible suspensions or banishment from all Panther Youth Football Association functions. If a parent refuses to adhere to disciplinary actions, his or her children will be released from Panther Youth Football Association. There will be no refunds. ARTICLE XIV DISSOLUTION (A)In the event of dissolution, the residual assets of the Organization will be turned over to one (1) or more organizations which themselves are exempt as organizations described in Sections 501 (3) and 170 (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, or corresponding sections of any prior or future law, or to the Federal, State, or Local government for exclusive public purpose.
