SI cards available for borrow, 3-day fee is 10 PLN. If you do not fill out the SI box in the entry form, it will be treated as a wish to borrow one. After 22.07.2017 all competitors without SI will be assigned SI cards provided by the organizer, with no change options. Fine for losing an SI card is 120-200 PLN (depending on its type)

Stage 1 29.07.2017 STAGE 1-29.07.2017 (Saturday) Middle distance map Ostra scale 1: 10 000 or 1:7 500, e - 5 m, author: Piotr Pietroń Terrain description: Mostly coniferous forest, with some mixed parts. Very good to poor runnability with moderate climb. Dense network of roads, many ravines of different depth. Numerous point objects (knolls, root stocks, marshes). Competition centre is located in a camping site in Stara Wieś, together with the finish line. Car park is along a forest road, 300-500m from the competition centre. Approach to start line is ca. 700m. Competition centre, start, finish and car park are marked on the below plan. Plese pay special attention as the approach to car park and start line is along a busy road!!! Distance from pre-start to start is 60m. Time limit: 120 minutes

Stage 2 30.07.2017 Stage 2-30.07.2017 (Sunday) long distance map STARA WIEŚ - Cichoń scale 1: 10 000 or 1:7 500, e - 5 m, author: Jacek Kozłowski Terrain description: Mountainous terrain. Map covers northern slopes and foothills of Cichoń mountain. Mixed forest wilh good runnability, smalll fragments with poorer runnability. Moderate network of roads, many ravines of different depth. Competition centre, start, finish and car park for cars are located on a private property. Car park for buses and minibuses is located 500m from the competition centre. The approach will be marked with blue ribbons. All places are shown on the below maps. Distance from pre-start to start is 60m. Time limit: 150 minutes

Stage 3 31.07.2017 Stage 3-31.07.2017 (Monday) Middle distance map Łysa Góra scale 1: 10 000 or 1:7 500, e - 5 m, author: Piotr Pietroń Terrain description: Mostly coniferous forest with very good runnability. Terrain can be divided into three parts: area around the top of Łysa Góra Mountain, steep northern slopes and foothills. Big climb, especially in the southern part of the map. Moderate network of roads, many ravines of different depth. Numerous point objects (knolls, root stocks, marshes). Competition centre, finish line and car park are located next to the lower station of the Limanowa-Ski ski lift. There will be two start lines during stage 3. First one, 200m from finish line (START 2), for classes: KM10R; M10N; K10N; M10; K10; K65; M70; M75. All remaining classes will start next to the upper station of the ski lift (START 1). The approach is 500m, with a climb of 150m. Time limit: 120 minutes

Start procedure: Competitors starting from lower START 2 (classes: KM10R; M10N; K10N; M10; K10; K65; M70; M75) will have interval start. Competitors starting from upper START 1 will have handicap start (up to 30 minutes loss to the leader after two stages). Competitors wait in pre-start boxes. The first box is long and will allow us to order the runners according to their start times. In the last box they wait for the signal from the referee and begin their course. Approach from pre-start to start 70m. Most classes will be visiting the view point located close to the finish line, which will also serve as a water point.

General information for all stages: All maps were prepared in spring and summer 2017, using the latest technologies: GPS, LIDAR laser scanning, aerial photography. Maps will be placed in protective foil. Control descriptions will be on maps. Additional descriptions will be available on start. Everyday you can park your vehicles on organizer car park. Price: Car 10 PLN for 3 days Minibus 15 PLN for 3 days Bus 20 PLN for 3 days Start for the 1st and 2nd stage interval only. Competitors wait in three pre-start boxes. In the second box they can get additional control descriptions. In the last box they stand next to the maps. After the fifth and last sound signal they collect their maps and begin their course. Maps will be laid out from the youngest to the oldest class, women on the left, men on the right. Attention! Parents of kids running in class KM10R first start on this class is possible 15 minutes before the rest of the classes. Map scale: - 1:10 000 for classes K16, K18, K20, K21E, K21A, K35, K40, K45, M16, M18, M20, M21E, M21A, M35, M40, M45-1:7 500 for all remaining classes Special symbols used on the maps:

Meals: Ordered meals will be available at the competition centre during Stages 1 and 2 (Saturday and Sunday), from 13:30. There will also be a fast food bar available at the competition centre during all stages. Prizes: Medals and trophies for the best three in each class. Diplomas for the best three competitors in each class. During final prize giving ceremony there will be a lottery draw with prizes for all present competitors. There will be additional classification for those taking part in both Limanowa Cup and O-Games in classes KM16 KM75, provided that there will be at least 8 contestants in those classes during Limanowa Cup. We are taking into account 4 stages best 2 out of 3 from O-Games and Stages 1 and 2 from Limanowa Cup. Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place 20p, 2nd 18p, 3rd 15p, 4th 12p, 5th 10p, 6th 8p, 7th 5p, 8th 3p, 9th 2p, 10th and lower 1p. The person with the most points wins. In case of a draw we will be looking at the advantage over the next person afer Stage 2 of Limanowa Cup in the given class. The winners will be awarded financial prizes during the closing ceremony of 15th Limanowa Cup Other: 1. Current medical check-up is obligatory. 2. During the competition a doctor will be available at the competition centre. 3. Competitors insurance in their own capacity team leaders responsible. 4.
