The o Fahrenheit 7 concept was born out ONE APPROACH, of a friendship between the Vidoni and de Unger TWO DESTINATIONS families. Two couples, with children in the same class room, shared a vision for a different kind of hospitality in the mountains. Their ambition: to give a new dynamism to ski hotels, combining cosy and lively spaces, but always focussing on the main reason to stay - to ski. The result: o F7 Val Thorens opened its doors in November 2016, and now o F7 Courchevel will open this December 2017. Both hotels provide a relaxed 4* atmosphere, Courchevel more homely, Val Thorens a touch more lively but both with a modern and comfortable feel with a vintage twist. The ski-in, ski-out location makes them ideal for both family holidays or holidays with friends. Stephane & Veronique Vidoni Managers and co-owners o F7 Stephane has been in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. After 14 years with the Accor Group, he started his first solo venture in Megeve in 2004, before developing new projects for the HMC Group and then latterly becoming Managing Director of Hotels En Haut. In 2014, he created a family investment fund with the aim of purchasing ski hotels. Veronique has also worked in the hotel industry since 1992, first for Accor and then running the family hotel in Megeve whilst looking after her five children. Since 2015, Veronique has been responsible for the refurbishment of the hotels as well as for the design and decor. Glen & Claudia De UNGER Co-owners o F7 Based in London, but passionate about the mountains and skiing, Glen & Claudia shared Stephane and Veronique s vision and Fahrenheit Seven was created. Glen, with a financial background, now runs a UK property fund, but tries to visit the 3 Valleys as often as possible. THE PERFECT LOCATION Right on the foot of the slopes of Courchevel 1650, o F7 Courchevel is ideally located. Just a few steps to the right of the ski room is the new Ariondaz bubble that will enable you to quickly reach not only the local slopes but also to connect to Courchevel 1850 and on to the rest of the 3 Valley ski area. On the left is the meeting place for the ESF ski school, for children and beginners as well as the terrace of the Rotisserie, if you want a quick coffee before you hit the slopes. Whatever your level, skiing couldn t be more convenient.

la rotisserie Bathed in light, with its retro decoration and velvet sofas, La Rotisserie is open to everyone and is located right on the foot of the slopes of Courchevel 1650. It is open for drinks all day and for lunch from 1145 onwards and our head chef Jerome Godon has created dishes using fresh local ingredients. The menu includes meats cooked in our wood fired oven, seared fish, dishes with Asiatic flavours, local unpasteurised cheeses as well as a home made desert menu. The wine list includes the best local wines as wines from further afield. Technical details of La Terrasse Number of covers: 160 Size: 300 m 2 Opening hours: 09:00-19:00 la terrasse La Terrasse is the outdoor version of La Rotisserie. Facing south and right on the slopes, you can take full advantage of sunny days whilst gazing at the snow-capped peaks. It is perfect either for a mid-morning hot chocolate, a fast refuel in between runs, a leisurely lunch or even for enjoying a drink whilst taking advantage of the last rays after a day on the slopes.
Technical details of Le Zinc Number of covers: 60 Size: 110 m 2 Opening hours: 16:00-01:00 Live music: 2-3 times per week This is the new place to be in Courchevel le zinc 1650. With its cosy and intimate atmosphere, you can either share the platters of local produce, enjoy a glass from a choice of 145 carefully selected wines and champagne or choose an old rum or cognac. As the evening goes on, Le Zinc gets livelier with up to 3 nights a week of live music or DJs. Have fun with friends until late into the night.
la cheminee Relax after skiing in front of the fire over a hot chocolate or crêpe. Come here to drink a tea, immerse yourself into a novel, or just stare at the flickering flames. This is also the principle dining room for breakfast as well as supper where you and your friends or family can enjoy the carefully prepared traditional food. Technical details of the spa Size: 100 m 2 The large ski room is designed to take Ski Room the hassle out of going out and coming back from the slopes. The staff not only rent out the latest equipment, but will also carry your skis or board outside. At the end of the day they will also store your skis or boots, dry your boots but can also carry out any repairs needed.
On the 7th of every month, the atmosphere in EVENT Courchevel will really rise to Force 7! Only one word is needed: Entertainment. The party (the Seven ) will start at La Terrasse in the afternoon and then move on to Le Zinc in the evening. There will be a combination of live bands, DJs, entertainers, local, national and international artists all raising the temperature. A night to remember. On top of the Seven, there will also be live music of DJs in the Zinc up to three times a week.
Couchevel, one of the world s premier THE RESORT ski resorts, is part of the 3 Valleys ski area, with over 600km of slopes and 169 lifts. Courchevel 1650, one of Courchevel s five villages, has arguably the best skiing in the area with wide, tree-lined slopes that have the benefit of being in full sun for most of the day. At the same time there are easy links to Courchevel 1850 and the rest of the 3 Valleys making it an ideal base to explore the whole area. Just below Courchevel 1650 there is also a huge watersports centre (Aquamotion) with a large pool, water slides, wild river and even a wave machine for surfing. New for this season in Courchevel 1650 (now renamed Courchevel Moriond) The main L Arondaz bubble lift has been fully upgraded for this winter season. The new lift will reduce the journey time and increase capacity in new 8-person bubbles There is extra snow-making equipment which will ensure coverage all the way down into resort A new 3000m long toboggan run with a vertical descent of 450m.
