Article 7 Protests and Appeal Protest fee, established by Zone Appeal fee, established by Zone = 200 Euros = 400 Euros Article 8 Accepted Competitors and Drivers Restricted, international zone competition. All the drivers must possess a national license for the classes of their participation. Article 9 Accepted Karts There are accepted for the competition karts from MINI 60 - KF3 KF2 KZ2 classes, in strict accordance with CIK/FIA Technical Regulations for the above-mentioned classes, and for MINI 60 in accordance with the FIK - Technical Regulations. Article 10 Competitors and Drivers Registration Applications for taking part in the events of SEEKZ Championship must be addressed to the organizer or to ELPA by the holder of an entrant or driver licence, by filling in the registration form delivered by the organizer or ASN. The competitors bind for themselves and for their drivers: - to observe in all the FIA International Sports Code, The International Régulations of Karting and all the régulations and rules of this compétition. - to participate with the number of karts and driver registered in the competition. 3/9

Article 11 Paddock a) We call the competitors attention to the reserved places for assistance vehicles. No private car is accepted. Before entering the paddock, all assistance vehicles must be present at the meeting place situated at the entrance of the circuit, where they will be given a paddock entering licence for each of the assistance vehicle (for a registered entrant). b) After arrival, the entrant and the drivers must be present with their licence at point a) The secretariat for identification (according to the time table). They will be given: - 1 access card for the entrant (if the competitor is not the same with the driver); - 1 access card for the driver (for each registered driver); - 2 access cards for mechanics (for each registered driver), one of which for access to the assistance park. Article 12 Fuel The fuel will be CO 95-100 unleaded ELIN BENZIN STATION - Ag. Stefanos. Article 13 Competition Material Each Driver will be entitled to submit to Scrutinizing the following homologated equipment (homologation minimum 2005 with new bodywork): Number of chassis: Number of engines: Sets of «slick» tyres: Sets of «wet weather» tyres: In case, two days of WET RACE 2, of the same make 2, of the same make 2, of the same make, new 1 new or used 2 sets wet weather tyres For MINI CLASS EQUIPMENT MUST BE AS FOLLOW: Engines Only engines homologated for the period 2010 2014 by CSAI is allowed. The part of the engine in aluminium alloy must be exclusively cast or die-cast parts. It is forbidden to make the above mentioned parts machining stock parts. The cylinder liner must be of cast- iron without chroming or nicasil. Clutch first engagement at 3500 rpm max. The clutch bell, especially around the areas where friction is operated, must be entire and cannot show any hole, cracks, cuts etc. Pinion Z11 crown free. Chassis Only Chassis homologated by CSAI for the period 2010-2014 are allowed. In 2011 chassis with homologation expired on December 2009 are also allowed, those with pitch 950mm (Mini kart) Wheels and Tyres Wheel rim: aluminium (and its alloys), magnesium excluded (and its alloys) Maximum width of the hole wheel, with tyres mounted and at right pressure, front 115mm (verified with a 117mm template), rear 150mm (verified with a 152mm template) Tyres: Front 10X4.00-5, Rear 11X5.00-5 Bodywork Only bodywork homologated by CSAI for the period 2010 2014 is allowed. 4/9

Clearing up about the usage of the equipment expired on December 2009 Mini Kart: During 2011 drivers will be able to keep on using the equipment expired on 31/12/2009 according to the following prescriptions. Engine Ignition: the ignition with 2010-2014 homologations (with limiter at 14000rpm green controller) is mandatory. Clutch: the new clutch with shapes, dimensions and weights equal for all, as provided by the regulation of the new homologation is mandatory. Induction silencer: the new induction silencer with 2010-2014 homologations is mandatory Combustion Chamber volume: as provided by the new rules and procedures (verifiable minimum volume with an insert 6,8cc minimum) Chassis: chassis with homologation expired on 31/12/2009 can be used with the same configuration of 2009 type. The chassis can be updated with 2010-2014 homologated accessories. Weights: Mini: 110 Kg, KF3: 145 Kg. KF2:158 Kg. KZ2: 175 Kg. Carburettors KF3 & KF2: All CIK homologated type. Article 14 Tyres During the SEEKZ 2011 Events shall be used only homologated hard type tyres in extension of the existing situation in 2010 for classes KF3 - KF2 - KZ2 For class MINI (8-13 years old) Vega Cadetti - slick and wet 4, 00 x 10, 00-5 fronts (CA 40) Vega Cadetti - slick and wet 5, 00 x 11, 00-5 rears (CA 50) All the Tyres Must be Mounted only in the Park Fermé Before the Time Practice. At the announcement of conditions wet circuit by the Race Director 30 minutes will be given to the pilots to prepare for the start. Article 15 Changing the Competition Material According to SEEKZ regulations Article 16 Changing the Competition Material After the Technical Checking Changing the engines, frames, engine-frame ensemble, tyres between pilots is forbidden. Changing the engines, frames, engine-frame ensemble, tyres during the starting procedure and between the start and the arrival of rounds or finals is forbidden. The trespassers will be excluded from the rounds. Article 17 Free Practice According to the published time table. Article 18 Qualifying Practice According to the published time table. Article 19 Drivers` Obligations in Qualifying Practice Mechanics are forbidden to help the driver after this one has passed beyond the line at the pre-grid exit. The driver who stops after he has passed beyond this line cannot be helped in the racing track. 5/9

Article 20 The Starting Grid According to article 45, SEEKZ Regulations. Article 21 The starting procedure The starting procedures are those stipulated in CIK-General Regulations. Start: Rolling start for MINI 60, KF3, KF2 - Standing start for KZ2 Penalty of 3 seconds for partly crossing Penalty of 10 seconds for completely getting out of corridors Penalty for over speeding during the approach to the start line (1 second per extra Km/h with a maximum penalty of 10 seconds) We call the drivers` attention to the fact that the person who does not observe the regulations may be given a penalty left to the Stewards` judgement (10 seconds or exclusion from the round). Article 22 Race No. 1 At the closing of qualifying practice will be established start grids for the Race No.1 of each class. The start position will be given by the best lap in qualifying practice of each driver. Article 23 Race No. 2 At the closing of Race No. 1 will be established start grids for the Race No. 2 of each class. The start position will be given by the results from the Race No. 1 of each driver. Article 24- Race No. 3 At the closing of Race No. 2 will be established start grids for the Race No. 3 of each class. The start position will be given by the results from the second best in qualifying practice of each driver. Article 25 Race No.4 At the closing of Race No. 3 will be established start grids for the Race No. 4 of each class. The start position will be given by the results from the Race No. 3 of each driver. Article 26 The distance for the Race No. 1,No. 2, No.3 and No.4 KF2 KZ2 : about 25 km = 22 laps KF3 about 20 km = 17 laps MINI 60 about 16 km = 13 laps Article 27 Stopping a Race a New start According to CIK-General Regulations. At the same time the Stewards have the possibility to adapt the regulations of these articles depending on the program needs. Article 28 The Event Classification & Podium Points for each of four races will be awarded at each Race to the first 15 finishers according to the following scale: 25, 20, 16, 13, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. In the case that to one class are registered (valid registration) only a number of drivers between 5 and 9 (included) their number of points received will be half from points received from 10 (ten) or more drivers respectively : 1st place = 12,5 points, 2nd place = 10 points, 3rd place = 8 points, 4th place = 6,5 points, 5th 6/9

place = 5,5 points, 6th place = 5 points, 7th place = 4,5 points, 8th place = 4 points, 9th place = 3,5 points. Any driver who has not covered all the laps scheduled will be classified according to the number of Laps he has actually completed. At the end of SEEK Zone GP of Greece Event, the Drivers classified 3rd, 2nd and 1st shall climb on the podium one after the other. If there are many drivers who have the same score, the first will be the driver who has the best lap time in his four rounds. The winning Driver s national anthem will be played and the national flags of the first three finishers will be hoisted. Every Driver must wear his Racing Overall at the Podium Ceremony. Article 29 Prizes 2000,00 - prize will be distributed by the organizer as 500,00 to first three of each class Mini, KF3, KF2 & KZ2 as follows: 250,00 - to the winner 150,00 - to 2 nd place driver 100,00 - to 3 rd place driver Article 30 Entry Fee & Deposit Entry fees and deposit must be paid by the ASNS. The Organizer s secretary of each Event must have received entries at the latest on the closing date of entries, set at 10 days before the Event. The entry fee per driver for each Event is 250 Euros and a refundable 50 Euros deposit for the transponder use in case of destruction or lost. The entry fee will be double after the closing date and up to 5 days before the Event. No one entrance can be accepted after the period of 5 days before the Event. For this fee the driver will get: A place in paddock of 4x6 m Transponder for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The use of transponders on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for non-qualifying, qualifying, heats and races 1,2,3&4 is mandatory. Article 31 Board and Lodging for Drivers and Mechanics The Event organizer offers information about accommodation facilities and meals in Attachment No:1 Article 32 Final text The final text of this Regulation is published in English. In case of a matter in dispute there will be used only the English text, according to Zone stipulations. ATTACHMENT No. 1 1) From the Monday preceding the Event to the Friday afternoon, track will be open for all competition karts and Drivers. The track will be available at the full fee of 40.00 - Euro/day. On Friday as from 10h00, the Paddock will be open for all Entrants who have passed the Sporting Checks. 2) «Entrant», «Driver» and «Mechanic» passes will be issued at the sporting checks. 3) Personal passes must be presented at any time and no one will be readmitted without a pass. Personal passes that are not worn by their holders will be confiscated. Lost passes will not be replaced by the Organiser. 7/9

4) During the distribution of passes, on presentation of the corresponding licence (Driver and/or Entrant), every Driver and/or Entrant must sign for the receipt of the documents, thereby undertaking to respect all the regulations (FIA, CIK-FIA, SEEKZ and supplementary regulations) as well as these Supplementary Conditions. ATTACHMENT No. 2 CODE OF DRIVING CONDUCT ON KARTING CIRCUITS 1 - Observance of signals The instructions detailed in Article 2.15 of the General Prescriptions and in Article 2.3 of the Circuit Regulations (Part II) are deemed to be part of this Code of Driving Conduct. All Drivers must be thoroughly acquainted with abide by them. 2 - Overtaking during a race a) During a race, a A kart alone on the track may use the full width of the said track. However, as soon as it is caught by a kart which is about to lap it the Driver opportunity. b) If the Driver who has been caught does not seem to notice that another Driver wants to overtake him, Marshals will display waved blue flags to indicate that another Competitor the faster Driver wants to overtake. Any Driver who appears to ignore the blue flag will be reported to the Stewards of the meeting. Overtaking, according to the circumstances, may be done carried out either on the right or the left. Any Driver who appears guilty of any of the above offences will be reported to the Stewards of the meeting. c). Drivers must use the track at all times. For the avoidance of doubt: considered to be part of the track but kerbs are not. - a driver will be judged to have left the track if no part of the kart remains in contact with the track. Should a kart leave the track for any reason, and without prejudice to 2d) below, the Driver may rejoin. However, this may only be done when it is safe to do so and without gaining any advantage. d) Repetition of serious mistakes or the appearance of a lack of control over the kart (such as leaving the track) will be reported to the Stewards of the meeting and may entail the exclusion of any Drivers concerned. e) Contacts / collisions (during the race, deceleration lap included): sanctions may be imposed on a Driver who pushes another Competitor. 3 - Karts stopping during a race a) The Driver of any kart leaving the track because of being unable to maintain racing speed and race shall should signal the intention to do so in good time and is responsible for ensuring that the manoeuvre is carried out safely and as near as possible to a point of exit. b) Should a kart stop outside the pit lane or outside the Repair Area, it must be moved as soon as possible so that its presence does not constitute a danger or hinder other Drivers. the Driver is unable to move the kart it shall be the duty of the Marshals to assist.. If such assistance results in the Driver rejoining the race, this must be done without committing any breach of the regulations and without gaining any advantage. c) Replenishment of any kind is prohibited, save when the kart concerned is in an areaspecifically provided for this purpose. d) Apart from the Driver and, duly appointed officials, nobody is allowed to touch a stopped kart except when in the pit lane or in the Repair Area. e) Pushing a kart on or along the track is prohibited f) Except during a race suspension, a kart abandoned on the circuit by its Driver, even temporarily, shall be considered as withdrawn from the race. 9/9
