Currently Development Officer (2013 to date). Became a life member of the Veterans English Table Tennis Society (2003) after nine years as General Secretary and also the VETTS tournament organiser for around 15 years. Vice-President Colin Dyke For his service as National Councillor as well as in Berkshire Started on the North West Kent League committee c. 1954, holding the roles of Divisional Secretary and Press Officer for many years and later a Vice-President until moving from Kent to Berkshire in 1970. Reading and District TTA Divisional Secretary, Development Officer and Hon Treasurer at various times over a period of about 10 years. Committee member of Woodley Table Tennis Club; represented the club in discussions in 1986/87 regarding an amalgamation with Omega Table Tennis Club, resulting in the formation of Kingfisher Table Tennis Club. Has held various posts ever since the club s inauguration in 1987 am currently Chairman and Treasurer. Berkshire TTA Treasurer for more than 10 years National Councillor for about four years. Vice-President Ken Field For his service in Essex as well as on Disciplinary Committee Playing highlights Premier Divisions of Central London, City of London and Insurances Offices leagues; Southend, Basildon and Burnham local leagues. Volunteer work Founded Rawreth Table Tennis Club in 1987, Southend s most successful club. Founded Warehouse Centre, with Essex and Southend Secretary Jayne Johnson in 1999 currently home of the successful Rawreth Juniors and a good practice venue. Chairman of the Southend & District League for 21 years. Essex County Chairman for seven years. Member of Table Tennis England s Disciplinary Committee. 6 Honours Presentations 2015/16

Vice-President Margot Fraser For her service as National Councillor, on Technical Officials Committee and as a Technical Official nationally and internationally as well as in Surrey Croydon and District Table Tennis League committee; Sutton Table Tennis League committee. Surrey committee and National Councillor. County Championships committee. Technical Officials committee. International Umpire (former blue badge); umpired at Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, World, European and Commonwealth Championships. Honours Presentations 2015/16 7

Vice-President Stuart Gibbs For his service as an England International as well as in Essex England No 1 Junior, No 2 Senior and No 1 Veteran. Played more than 70 times for England and competed in one World and two European Championships, reaching the last 16 in the European Men s Singles in 1966 at Wembley and the last 16 in the World Championships Men s Singles in 1967 in Stockholm. Won the Scottish Open Men s Singles at the age of 15 and the Irish Open Men s Singles twice. The only English table tennis player to have represented the full England Senior side whilst as a Junior, a Senior and again at the age of 40 when a Veteran the latter as part of the winning team at the Team event at the USA Championships in 1988. Coach since the age of 16 within Essex now Level 3 and coaching for more than 50 years. President Essex County. 8 Honours Presentations 2015/16

Vice-President Brenda Hudson For her service in Yorkshire as well as at national events including Junior British League Playing highlights: Started in 1965 aged 11; represented school, city and county as a junior and city at senior level. Coached in various youth clubs around Hull since 1970s; Committee member serving Hull Association since 1971. Tournament Secretary for Hull for 14 years until 1985, when Hull had completed 50 years of the Hull 3 Star. Administrator :1981-1991); General Secretary (1993-2009); Social Secretary (2004-present); development officer (2011-present). Secretarial, promotion and development work at Hull Table Tennis Centre at the YPI since 1996, running five sessions a week and working closely with Hull City Council. Hull Association vice-president (c. 1995); Life member (2010). Yorkshire County: Editing the White Rose Handbook (1995-present); Competitions Secretary (1999- present); Tournament Secretary (2002-present); General Secretary (2011-present) Presented with YTTA special badge (2000). Leslie Forrest Memorial Award (2003). Vice-president of YTTA (2009). Part of the team for the last two English Opens at the EIS in Sheffield; BTTAD British Open (September 2011); Pro Tour Finals at the Excel in London (November 2011); Leibherr Men s World Cup at the Echo Arena, Liverpool (2012 accreditation and volunteer manager). Vice-President Richard J Hudson For his service to English Schools Table Tennis Association Playing highlights: Loughborough, Leicester and Leeds Table Tennis Leagues. Started table tennis club at Archbishop Cranmer C of E Middle School, Leeds, in 1977. Over 15 years, with help from a number of coaches, the school won five ESTTA National Team Championships and three players reached No 1 in ETTA National Cadet Rankings. West Yorkshire Schools TTA Secretary and Schools Rep on Yorkshire TTA 1980-2007. Organised YTTA Junior and Cadet Trials and ETTA Regional Trials (Yorkshire Region) 1985-2007. Member of ESTTA Executive Committee since 1988; ESTTA National Team Championship Organiser since 2003; ESTTA General Secretary since 2008. Vice-President Martin Ireland For his service as a staff member in the Development Department and as a volunteer Playing highlights Started playing in the Blackpool and District TTL in 1976 at the age of 14, playing every year for 40 years. Competed in the Bolton, Preston, Blackburn and St Annes TT Leagues, playing for Lancashire County Seniors and Liverpool in Div 1 of the British League. Coach and Official Blackpool & District League Exec Committee member at the age of 19 (1981-present); Blackpool & DTTL Hon Secretary (1986-1994 and Vice- Chairman from 1991); Lancashire County Association Exec Member (1992-present). Qualified ETTA L3 coach (2000); UKCC L2 and County Umpire and regularly coaches junior players including his two daughters at his club on Monday night Tournament Organiser L3 (1992-present); Organiser of the Blackpool Junior 4 Star and Blackpool Senior Open Employee (23 years) NW Regional Development Officer, ETTA (1993-2003); National Volunteer Manager (2003-2006); National Programme Manager Young People & UK School Games (2006-2015); Area Lead North (2015-present). Vice-President Ken Muhr For his service as National Councillor and in coaching, including as Regional Coaching Co-ordinator, as well as in Kent Playing highlights: Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Durham county player at junior/senior/veteran levels. Three stints as national councillor (Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire, Kent) from early 1970s to 2012. Former member of National Coaching, Public Relations and Junior Selection Committees. Since being Cambridgeshire Coaching Secretary early 1970s, a member of Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Kent (present) County Committees, and many positions club and league level. Current Chairman/Head Coach of Weald TTC, Cranbrook. ETTA Northern Region Development Officer (1994-99), Information Officer (1999-2003, Editor of TTN Extra). Writing press releases/reports since late 1960s (covered Athens 2004 Olympics for ITTF website). Coaching Coached several national champions since late 1960s; Secretary, Southern Committee, Head Coach Harrow & Stopsley CoEs/Milton Keynes ATC (late 1980s-early 90s); ETTA Regional Coach (South/London 1980s); Organiser of Milton Keynes Under-21 Open (1980s); Co SE Regional Coaching Chairman (since 2003); Head Coach SE Performance Centre, Cranbrook (from 2006). 12 Honours Presentations 2015/16

Vice-President Derek Sherratt For his service as National Councillor, as a Technical Official nationally and internationally and for AETTU as well as in Staffordshire Secretary of the Staffordshire County TTA (1981 to present). Treasurer to Staffs (2014 to present). Deputy/National Councillor for Staffs. County Umpire (1982); National Umpire (1991); International Umpure (1994); Blue Badge (2010). Officiated at four World Championship and five European Championships and at virtually all major events from European Junior Top 10 to the 2012 Paralympics Games in London. Retired from international duties in 2013 but has continued to support the busy domestic programme. Served on the Appeal Board and briefly the NURC Umpires Selection Panel. Took a leading role in the formation of the AETTU and has been Vice-Chairman since its inception in 2004. President of the Stafford League. Honours Presentations 2015/16 13

Honorary Life Member (1988). Vice-President (1985). Ivor Montagu Award (1978). Malcolm Scott Award (2003). London Federation of Sport and Recreation 50 Years of Voluntary Service to Sport Platinum Award (2010). English Championships Committee (member 1972-1979, chairman 1980-1990); National Championships Committee (chairman 1999-2011, member 2011-2014); National Events Committee (1991-1992 & 1995-1999); Marketing (& Sponsorship) Committee (1992-1995 & 2012-2013); Honours Committee (2012-present). National Councillor Middlesex (1978-2013); Middlesex County TTA Deputy Chairman (1980 to date), County Umpires Secretary, first joined committee in 1966 as Schools Tournament Organiser. Malcolm Scott Award for outstanding service to Table Tennis England Chris Dangerfield For his service to the British League British League Chairman (2012-present). Leslie Forrest Memorial Award Roger Fensom for service to table tennis in the County field For his service to County Championships teams in Cambridgeshire Has played table tennis for over 50 years for the same club in the Cambridge League, plus in the Hunts Central League and the Ely League. Club Secretary and Treasurer and for the last 20 years Treasurer of the parent Sports Club. Fixture Secretary of the Hunts Central League in the 1970s; currently serving on the committee of the Ely League. Invited by the Cambridgeshire County committee to form a County Championships Veterans team in 1986 has been County Veterans Match Secretary since. AK Vint Staff Award Chris Brown For his service in the Development Department notably in the South West Started work for the Association in February 2007 as a Regional Development Office whilst still completing a BSc in Sports Development from UWIC University Completed postgraduate diploma in Applied Sports Development from Marjon University. Playing highlights: Represented ESTTA at the British Schools championships on a number of occasions, winning both team and individual golds Represented GBR at the World University Games in Thailand in 2007. Reached the top 20 in the England rankings. As a level 3 coach, managed the SW team at the UK School Games on a number of occasions.
