INFLATING/DEFLATING The board can be inflated with the provided hand pump. Do not use an air compressor as it may cause damage to your board from over inflation. An electric automatic sup pump may be used to inflate your board. Slightly underinflate board when in a warm environment to allow the board room for ambient heat expansion. After a couple of days there may be a small decrease of pressure due to temperature, this is normal. Before going on a long paddle, be sure to inflate your board 24 hours prior to using it to make sure your board is airtight. Never over inflate the board under any circumstance. When not in use, do not let inflated board sit out on the sun for extended periods of time. 5

Hand Pump Assembly 1. Locate hand pump handle and attach air hose to connector by twisting clockwise. Inflating SUP 1. Locate air inflation valve on either the nose or tail of the board and remove protective valve cover. 2. Make sure inner valve spring is popped up by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees. When valve spring is up, it should automatically spring back up when pushed down. 3. Connect hand pump air hose connector to air inflation valve on board and twist 90 degrees clockwise to secure. 4. Inflate board to 12-15psi 5. Gently remove air hose connector from board by applying pressure down and twisting counter clockwise in a single, fast motion. 6. Close valve cover. 6

Deflating SUP 1. Open valve cover. 2. Depress inner valve spring and twist slightly to lock inner valve spring in downward position. 3. Allow board to freely release air pressure for 1-2 minutes. 4. Begin rolling up the inflatable sup from opposite end of air inflation valve. Detecting Leaks If you are experiencing issues such as the sup not inflating or air escaping from the pump, follow these steps to fix the problem. 1. Retighten air inflation valve on your sup with your supplied valve wrench. 2. Verify the pump hose is properly fastened to the pump as well as the inflation valve. 3. Verify before pumping your sup, the inner valve spring is popped up and not in down position. 4. Use a mixture of soap and water on your sup to detect leaks. If leak is detected, refer to Inflatable SUP Repair in this manual. 7

FIN INSTALLATION 1. Slide fin into fin box from front to back with fin pointing towards the back of your sup. 2. Insert pin screw to secure your fin to the board. 3. Verify the fin is securely attached to the fin box before entering water. Please note, if fin is on backwards, pin holes will not match up. Simply remove fin and slide into fin box the other way. PADDLE Your inflatable sup comes with an adjustable 3 piece paddle. In order to assemble and use properly, follow these steps: 1. Remove paddle from packaging and familiarize yourself with parts. 2. Your paddle blade has a 10 degree angle, arrange blade so that it is bent away from your body. 3. Attach upper shaft to arranged lower portion of paddle with the grip on top arranged so it fits in your palm comfortably. 8

Paddle Orientation 1. With paddle assembled, locate adjustable assembly towards handle grip. 2. Adjust the paddle so that the handle is 9 over your head. 3. Place your top hand on the grip making sure the bend of the blade is facing away from your body. 4. Place your bottom hand approximately half way down the shaft of the paddle. 5. You are now ready to paddle. Please note, that water may enter the paddle shaft causing the paddle to sink. It is recommended that you take a Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson with a local instructor for additional technique and proper use of all equipment. 9

CARE AND STORAGE Keep board in a well ventilated, shaded area when not in use. Optimal inflation is 12-15psi. Do not store your wet board in board bag for extended periods of time. Allow board to completely dry before long term storage. Keep board clean by rinsing sand and saltwater from board after each use. Avoid using heavy chemical based products to clean board. If needed, sparingly use a very mild soap to clean heavier residues or dirt build up. When rolling up your board, always begin rolling from opposite end of inflation valve and once completely rolled, pop up inner valve spring to keep air out. When storing your board, keep it in a clean and dry place out of the sun. If storing in a hot area, remove some air from your board to allow room for expansion or completely deflate before storage. 10

Transporting Do not transport your inflatable sup on top of a vehicle. When transporting, be sure to keep clear of any sharp objects and heat producing items. Never carry more than you can handle comfortably. Your sup comes with a carry bag for ease of travel and is intended to carry your sup and sup accessories only. Always use proper lifting and carrying techniques to avoid injury. 11

INFLATABLE SUP REPAIR If it is determined you have a leak or puncture in your sup, follow these steps for a proper repair: 1. Wear latex gloves to avoid skin irritation. 2. Completely deflate your board. 3. Clean area to be repaired with rubbing alcohol. 4. Locate repair kit and size up repair patch to overlap hole or leaking area by at least 1/2. 5. Apply glue from repair kit to bottom of patch and air leak area on board. Apply patch to board. 6. Clean excess glue around patch. 7. Apply weight to newly applied patch for 12 hours in a room temperature setting for glue to settle. 8. Once dried, apply glue around edges of patch to complete the sealing process and allow 4 hours to dry. 12

Elevate will repair or at its discretion replace defective parts. The limited warranty does not cover: Improper use Failure to adhere to all warnings Normal wear and discoloration Damage caused by negligence or failure to properly maintain equipment Damage caused by external objects Improper transportation Damage caused by modifications or alterations Damage caused by storing board in water or any other improper storage Any board used as a rental or placed in commercial service 13
