Groves Varsity Football Field Wednesday, October 4th at 7PM All proceeds go to: DRAW.DRAW stands for Disaster Relief At Work is a charity that is dedicated to providing relief to communities around the United States that have been hit by natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. They provide supplies to natural disaster victims that have been displaced in their community. WHEN IN GSC BARBECUE Thursday, October 5th (CLOSED A & B) lunch- ROME- COMING Saturday, October 7th 7 pm 10pm Tickets can be purchased during A and B Lunches at the table outside the cafeteria Ticket price: $10 October 2nd 5th $15 October 6th and at the door Dressy attire (no jeans or costumes) Popcorn: $1 Ice Cream Sandwiches: $3 Daily Dozen Donuts: $2 Inflatables, food, face paint, and fun will also be provided to pump you up for Field Day! COIN CHALLENGE CHARITY Charity Coin Challenge This year for Coin Challenge all of the proceeds made will be donated to DRAW. DRAW stands for Disaster relief At Work and is dedicated to providing natural disaster victims with supplies to help them through this hard time. At the end of the week all of the money donated will be totaled. The grade that raises the most money for DRAW will receive 100 points toward their overall Spirit Week points. All proceeds will go to the charity DRAW. For more information about DRAW you can look at drawbuckets.org

HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME Come cheer on your Groves Falcons as they take on Troy in this year s Homecoming Game on Friday, October 6th At 7 PM Each grade s banner, and Homecoming court will also be presented during the halftime show. COLOR RUN Our second annual Color Run will take place on October 3rd. There will be a flipped X-Block on Tuesday and afternoon buses will be on their normal schedule. All students must complete a waiver before participating in the Color Run. The price of this activity is $3 which guarantees a shirt and an individual color packet. On the Day of the Color Run it will cost $5 and a shirt is not guaranteed. If you have any questions pertaining to Spirit Week, please contact: Kara Mason GSC km06bps@birmingham.k12.mi.us
