TENDER The St. Albert Minor Hockey Association intends to purchase new hockey equipment for the 2010 2011 Hockey Season. All hockey equipment must be of the same or higher quality, construction and design as the hockey equipment currently in use by the association. Complete details of the tender process and our hockey equipment requirements / specifications can be found on our Website at www.samha.ca (under the Equipment Link located on the left hand side of main page). All hockey equipment items Required for Tender will be on display in the SAMHA office, during regular scheduled hours of operation, from June 16 23, 2010 (1:00 4:00 PM). All interested vendors are also requested to attend a public viewing and Q & A session on Wednesday - June 23, 2010 (4:00 PM) in the SAMHA Meeting Room (directions to meeting room will be posted in the Tender Package found on our Website as per above). Please forward your bid submissions, including your company information, complete quantity pricing + GST (not price per individual item), delivery schedule, equipment specifications and manufacturer by 2:00 PM, on Friday June 25, 2010 by 2:00 PM (late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted). All bid submissions will be reviewed after closing date and only those who are awarded tender will be notified, within five business days of closing date.
