MAIN VENUE: CLUB EL CANDADO A club with 50 years of history Located in the Urbanization El Candado (The Padlock), is called Club Real El Candado, has: 7 Crystal Padel courts, Central Court with capacity of 600 spectators, court 1 with capacity of 250 spectators. OFFICIAL DELEGATIONS Composed of a maximum of 24 players (12 male, 12 female, distributed in 4 players per category), 2 captains and 1 federative, which will have: accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, provided by the organizing committee, according to the FIP regulations. CATEGORIES MALE NATIONAL TEAM AND FEMALE NATIONAL TEAM UNDER-14, UNDER-16, UNDER-18 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP FOR PAIRS UNDER-14, UNDER- 16, UNDER-18 (The categories UNDER-10, UNDER-12 and UNDER-20, are promotional ). TRANSPORTATION The Organizing Committee will be in charge of receiving the delegations upon their arrival to Málaga and transfer to the residence on Sunday October 8 th. The Organizing Committee shall transfer the delegations from the clubs to the residence and from the residence to the clubs.
DELEGATION HOTELS The Delegations will be hosted in the residence for students: COLEGIO UNAMUNO. The school-residence has the following facilities: Sports center, Padel courts, Football field, Basketball courts, Gym. Classrooms, Laboratories, Coffee shop http://www.colegio-unamuno.com/ The distance from the school-residence to El Candado club is of 2 Km. There are three more residences for delegations if it will be necessary: 1. RS-Teatinos 2. Convent DE CASTER (located in the city center next to Picasso Museum) 3. Civic center of the Provincial Deputation for Athletes.
FOODS Breakfast and dinner will be available in the school-residence UNAMUNO. Lunch will be available in the club. PARTICIPANTS GIFT All National Teams and participants will receive from the Organizing Committee allegorical gifts related to the event and to Malaga. TROPHIES Trophies will be awarded to the first 3 National Teams and medals to players and coaches. Trophies will be awarded to Champion, runner-up and 3 rd classified (match will be played by 3 rd and 4 th places) of each category of the World Championships for Pairs.
PRIMARY HEALTH CARE AND PHYSICAL THERAPY Complying with the current regulations for the celebration of this type of events, the Organizing Committee, will make available to the athletes, primary medical care and physical therapy service. ALL PLAYERS SHOULD TRAVEL WITH MEDICAL INSURANCE WITH SUFFICIENT COVERAGE FOR ITS PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL COMPETENCE BEING RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH FEDERATION THE CONTRACTS OF SUCH INSURANCE. DRINKS The Organizing Committee will provide all players with water and isotonic products during the competition. A reserved rest-area will be available for the Players, for their recovery and relaxation.
USE OF FACILITIES The facilities of the Club El Candado, racket center INACUA, and Club La Capellanía, will be available to all participants of the Championships, in coordination with the Organizing Committee. PROGRAMMED TRIPS The Organizing Committee will schedule tourist trips, along the Costa del Sol, Seville, Granada and Còrdoba. Information will be expanded, through the official media of the World Championships.
