LUBLIN SPORTIVAL 2016 WINTER'S EDITION REGULATIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT Date and place: December 3, 2016, Plac Zamkowy by the Lublin Museum The aim of the event: Organising of the snowboard and skiing competitions in jibbing (for professionals and amateurs) on two professional tracks with obstacles. The organising authority: Lublin Municipal Office, Department of Sport and Tourism Contractor: Vodasodova company Coordinators of the event: Daniel Pulit 1. Terms of registration and participation The following condition is necessary to register for the event: a) amateurs sending the application form to the following e-mail address: lublinsportival@gmail.com b) professionals confirmation of the participation via e-mail after receiving the invitation from the Organiser; To take part in the Contest you must present yourself to the Competition's Office at 10.30-11.30 on December 3, 2016 to complete the Contestant's declaration form, submit your ID card, as a proof that the Contestant is at least 18 years-of-age, and to receive the t-shirt with starting number; The contestants who are not 18 years-of-age but fall into the 16-18 age group are obliged to submit the written consent of their parents or legal guardian which allows for the under-aged to take part in the competition. The Contestants who are not 16 years-of-age are obliged to submit the written consent given by
parents or legal guardian which allows the under-age to take part in the competition and such minor must be supervised by parents or legal guardian during their entire participation in the Competition; The Contestants are obliged to wear safety helmets during their participation in the Competition; It is recommended to use elbow pads and knee pads as well as other protectors to secure yourself against falls; The Organiser and the Contractor reserve the right to limit the number of contestants in the case of excessive attendance so that the Competition follows the devised time frame as set out in the Programme. In such case, the Organisers may give the consent to the particular contestants considering their professional experience and the path of their professional career; Everyone who enters the event's area agrees for their image to be used freely in audio-visual and photographic materials; 2. Categories The Competitions will include two categories: snowboard and freeski (skis) with the additional division depending on the level of skills of the Contestants: amateur and professional. Each category will be organised on the following tracks: Main Track Stairs Set professional snowboard professional freeski professionals Extra Track Mini Snowpark amateur snowboard amateur freeski amateur 3. The rules of the Competition Main Track Stairs Set professional This is a closed competition only the invited contestants can participate in trainings and preliminaries provided that they meet requirements set out in the point 1; The Contestants will be divided into two groups: snowboard professional and freeski professional; The Competition will include two rounds: preliminaries and finals; Each round will include three heat s; The group comprising the best 12 contestants will be singled out during preliminaries and will
participate in the final round; The group comprising the best 3 contestants will be singled out during the final and will be awarded according to the guidelines described in the point 4; The winners in the Best Trick category will be additionally singled out during preliminaries and finals. The Judges will evaluate the level of complexity of tricks as well as the style of a ride of every contestant, The Contestant may voluntarily resign from participating in the event in any time provided that they inform the coordinator of the competitions about it. Only one contestant can be on the track during the Competition. The contestant is allowed to enter the track after the coordinator of the Competition gives their permission. The coordinator of the Competition may permit two contestants to ride on the track at the same time after consulting other stuff of the track. All disputed issues that are not covered by those Regulations shall be settled by the Judges. Extra track Mini Snowpark amateur The Competition is open all contestants can participate in trainings and jam session provided that they meet requirements described in the point 1; The Contestants will be divided into two groups: snowboard amateur and freeski amateur; The Competition will be held in the first round the jam session; The Judges will evaluate the level of complexity of tricks as well as the style of a ride of every contestant; The awards will be given during the jam session after performing the winning tricks; The Contestant at any time during the event may voluntarily resign from further participation in the competition provided that they notify the coordinator of the event about such decision. Only one Contestant may be on the track during the competition All disputes arising during the competition, not included in this document, shall be resolved by a panel of judges. The Organiser and the Contractor reserve the right to refuse entry into the competition to contestants with insufficient skills, in order to ensure safety and prevent accidents. 4. Prizes Contestants compete for cash and non-cash prizes. The prize pool in the competition amounts to PLN 13 000 in cash for particular places : Main track - Stairs Set (professional)

The Programme of the Competition is subject to change. 6. Fees The entry into the Competition is free of charge. 7. Advertising It is strictly forbidden to place advertisements in any shape or form in the entire area of the Competition without prior, express consent of Competition s Organiser and the Contractor. 8. Final Provisions Each participant (in the case of under-age participants - their parent or legal guardian) is required to be properly insured against accidents, as well as civil liability, prior to the commencement of the Competition; All participants partake in the Competition at their own risk and responsibility (in the case of underage participants at responsibility of their parents or legal guardians); Each participant is obligated to pay particular care and attention to safety while being present on the track and shall observe and comply with the fair play principle during the Competition; It is forbidden to bring and consume alcohol and drugs in the area of the event. The Organiser and the Contractor reserve the right to remove Contestants who might bring in, consume, or will be under the influence of alcohol and drugs; People staying at the event are required to maintain cleanliness and order. The Organiser and the Contractor reserve the right to exclude the Participant in the event of discovering that he/she had concealed health problems or faulty equipment. The Organiser and the Contractor shall not be held liable for any accidents or collisions occurred while partaking in the Competition; The Organiser and the Contractor shall not be liable for any missing items lost during the event; The Organiser and the Contractor shall not be liable for accidents on route to the Event and on their return journey; The Organiser and the Contractor shall not be liable for any fortuitous accidents which might happen while the Contestants' stay in the accommodation provided by the Contractor; The Organiser and the Contractor shall not be liable for any material loss incurred while the Contestants' stay in the accommodation provided by the Contractor All other disputes that are not covered by those Regulations shall be settled by the Organizer and the Contractor;
