Instaation Notes notes Optiona instaation position. The pump housing must be fied with fuid during commissionig and operation. In order to attain the owest noise eve, a connections (suction, pressure, piot, case drain) must be inked by fexibe members to tank. Avoid pacing a check vave in the case drain ine. The case drain hose corresponding to the size of the case drain port shoud be instaed at the highest case drain port ocation. Vertica instaation (shaft end upwards) Foowing instaation conditions must be taken into account: t t Arrangement inside the reservoir efore instaation fi pump housing, keeping it in a horizonta position. a) If the min. fuid eve is equa to or above the pump mounting surface: Cose port, " 1 " and open; 1 piped and aso with suction pipe (see fig.. b) If the min. fuid eve is beow the pump mounting surface: pipe port and acc. to fig. 2, cose port (compare item imiting conditions) Note: In order to avoid damages to the pump, a attached parts (e.g. protective caps, covers, etc.) must be removed before instaation.
