ALL VEHICLES HAULING HORSES MUST CHECK IN WITH THE WESTWORLD FEED AND BEDDING STORE UPON ARRIVAL TO HAVE THESE PAPERS INSPECTED. THIS INCLUDES ALL DAY HAULERS. PLEASE COMPLY TO THEIR REQUESTS. NRHA: This show is APPROVED by the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) and the Arizona Reining Horse Association (AzRHA) and will be conducted per the Official Rulebook of the NRHA. FUTURITY CONDITIONS: Horses may be shown two handed in a NRHA legal snaffle or hackamore or one handed in any NRHA legal bit at rider s discretion. GREEN REINER: This class is NRHA approved and will be held according to their rules and regulations. NON-NRHA CLASSES: Arabian, Future Reiners, AzRHA Ranch Pleasure, AZRHA Kyle Wood Unrestricted Youth, AZRHA Ladies and Gents Classes. PAID WARM-UPS: PAID WARM UPS WILL BE HELD TUESAY AND WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10 TH AND 11 TH IN THE EQUIDOME AND ARENA 4. Please contact AZRHA @ 602-550-9920 to schedule your paid warm ups. Rides are $50.00 for seven (7) minutes in the Equidome. Paid Warm Ups must be scheduled in advance. PLEASE MAKE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BEFORE 12:00 NOON ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7TH. PAID WARM UP SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED BY 4:00 PM ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 8TH. NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED. REGISTRATIONS: All horses shown in classes designated to be NRHA approved must have a current NRHA Competition License. If your horse does not have a competition license, you can apply for one at the show office. Please see the NRHA handbook and/or website at www.nrha.com for necessary paperwork and eligibility information (back pages of handbook).
Page two MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: All riders showing in NRHA classes must have a current individual NRHA membership. Show management must inspect the membership cards or membership photocopies prior to issuing entries. If an exhibitor cannot produce a current individual membership card, exhibitors will complete the appropriate application and pay the appropriate membership fees. An exhibitor MUST PRESENT A CURRENT CARD OR PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP before they can show. Owners and riders must be current members of AzRHA if they are competing for year-end awards. Memberships, Licenses or Registrations are not required for AZRHA Jackpot Classes and NON-NRHA classes only. NUMBERS: Each horse will be assigned a separate number to be worn by all exhibitors showing that horse. PAYMENT: Entry Fees will be due September 25, 2017. Checks should be made payable to AzRHA. All NRHA classes will be run according to the rules of the NRHA. If you have questions regarding qualifications for specific classes, please visit their website at www.nrha.com. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOW ACCEPTED. PLEASE SEE THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM BELOW. STALLS/BEDDING: STALLS DO NOT INCLUDE SHAVINGS. ALL HORSES WILL BE STABLED IN BARNS A-C AND O-Q. STALL FEES ARE $250.00 for the entire show. SHOW AND CLUB SPONSORS WILL HAVE PRIORITY LOCATIONS OF THESE STALLS. Please see the STALL RSVP form for complete information. Pre-payments are requires for stalls. Check-in time after 12:00 noon on October 9th. Arena 3 will be available for General Riding at noon on the 9 th and Paid Warm Ups will start on Tuesday in the Equidome and Arena 4. All stalls must be vacated by Monday, October 16th at 6:00 AM. DAY STALLS will be available for $75.00/DAY. Bedding is available by calling WestWorld at 480-312-6844. PARKING: WestWorld has very strict parking policies in the stabling area. Parking is for immediate unloading and loading only. Please comply with their request to avoid any conflicts with WestWorld management. Day Haulers may park on the east side of the North Hall for easy access to the Equidome, Paddock area and Arena 3. HAUL IN FEE: A Haul-In Fee of $25.00 per day will be assessed to all horses that do not rent a stall. Day haulers are expected to comply with WestWorld s strict parking policies and must park on the east side of the North Hall There will be no Day Haulers parked inside the Equidome North Hall. Horses may not be tied to these temporary indoor stalls. VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY FEE: A $50.00 video/photography fee will be assessed per entry. A delayed feed will be available at the back gate of the Equidome for reviews. Please see the videographer at the show to schedule any complimentary personal viewings. SCRATCHES: There will be no refunds on entries that are scratched after the draw has been posted. PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHEDULE AND ARENAS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
