Friendly Reminders We are guests of Timberline High School This is an alcohol & tobacco free zone. Service dogs are welcome. Timberline will tape off the middle section of the field (reseeding field). Please, no foot traffic in taped off areas. To help keep the unloading zones moving Please DROP your items off at the curb, THEN find parking. Your items will be perfectly safe, or have a teammate waiting with your items. Wagons, dollies, & carts are helpful for hauling gear!
Parking Refresher Survivor Parking Lot Parking lot closest to the track is reserved for Survivors on Saturday. Everyone else is welcome to park in this lot AFTER the Survivor Lap & festivities. Help us keep the fire lanes clear of parked cars. If you wouldn t park in a fire lane elsewhere, please don t at Relay. Reserved Parking Spots Please do not park in any reserved spots that have signage.
RV Parking Guidelines Only RVs with reservations will be permitted. RV parking guidelines distributed at May Rally. Arrival Window: Saturday, June 4 th : 7:00AM-8:30AM Get RVs parked before cars enter unloading zones We can make arrangements for Friday evening arrivals Shared lot with Survivor Parking, & we want to maximize Survivor Parking. RVs will be snug park close enough to your neighbor to allow room for your pop-outs.
Tent Site Extras Fire Pits & Barbeques Permitted, if 20 feet away from any structure. Please clean up any ashes left on the ground. Selling food at Relay? Water & power are not provided to your tent site. There will be access to a water spout, near the info booth. Health Dept. will be onsite, checking compliance. Hand washing station
Potty Patrol! Clean Potties = Happy Relayers We need your help: Shifts available around the clock Sign-up sheet available tonight Supplies available in the info booth The Reward: You will be esteemed by those who use them. And loved by people in the middle of the night who can t see anything.

Your team is responsible for: Determining & promoting your theme Sending off participants at Relay Team Spokesperson to arrive at stage 5 minutes prior to your lap, will make the lap announcement, and start the lap. Relay Activities Entering the FUN Zone! Dodgeball (in the tennis courts) 1 PM: A game for kids 12 & under 1 AM: Glow in the dark dodgeball (for kids of all ages) Kickball (meets in the tennis courts, before heading to the field) 6 PM & 10 AM: For kids of all ages Scavenger Hunt 4 PM: Activity for kids 12 & under 2 AM: For kids of all ages
Relay Activities (cont.) Mr. Relay (4:45 PM) Highlights the Look Good Feel Better program. 1 male contestant per team is dressed as a woman. Goal is to collect the most donations in allotted time. Please keep attire G-rated this is a family friendly event! Poker Walk (7 PM) Get a scorecard from the info booth. Stop at info booth after each lap to draw a card be sure to mark your scorecard! Best poker hand wins!
Presented by Applebee s, 7:45 PM Just like the hit TV show! Do you think you have what it takes to be the inaugural Lip Sync Battle Champion? Contestants will strut their stuff on the main stage! Do you have what it takes? Sign up TONIGHT! Guidelines: This is a family-friendly event clean song versions. Select (2) song choices your preferred song & a back up. To make our DJs job a little easier. Entries are limited!
Road to Recovery Cardboard Car Show Saturday at 8:30 PM Highlights the Road to Recovery program! 1 car per team Vehicle Specifications: Constructed from cardboard and/or paper no motorized, wood, or metal parts. Glue, duct tape, & small staples can be used to hold vehicle together. Rope and/or straps may be used to hold the car on your person. Vehicles should be no longer than 4 ft. x 8 ft., and have 4 completed sides. Should be able to accommodate 2 people. Be sure to include your team name on the car! Drivers & patients will take part in a parade lap!

Symbols of Hope The light inside each bag represents a life, which shines with Hope for a cancer-free world. Bags have names of those who have fought, are currently fighting cancer, or have lost their battle. We have bags available for you to take & decorate, prior to Relay.
