What is the Centers Network about? It is the set of oficial CENTERS RECOGNICED by the Superior Sport Board (CSD) that guarantee the technical and sport preparation of the athletes both in HIGH COMPETITION and TECHNICALIZATION through the SPORTS PROGRAMMES. 52 acredited Centers by Superior Sport Board (CSD). 307 acredited Sports Programmes by Superior Sport Board (CSD). Nearly 5.000 all categories athletes.

Why is the Centers Network created? Athletes training taking part in high level competitions require centers including the best premises, services and technical resources. TO MEET THESE REQUIEREMENTS, Sports Perfomance Centers (SPC), Sports Technification Centers (STC) and Specialised Centers (SC) have been developed to train and search future high level talents.

Which are the Centers Network Objetives?. OFFER the athletes THE BEST TRAINING CONDITIONS in their home placesthusavoidinghavingtomovetobigcentersintheearlyages.. CONTRIBUTE TO THE COORDINATION amongst the concerned Institution (CSD, Autonomous Regions, Spanish Federations, Autonomous Federations and Centers).. BOOTS, SUPORT AND PROMOTE more efficiently State Sports Programmes awarded by Spanish Federations.. ENCOURAGE NEW SPORTS PROGRAMMES creation in the Centers.. VISUALICE in a simple and effective way the Spanish Federations SPORT CORES in each Autonomous Region.. GREATER EFFICIENCY to AWARD sport activity GRANTS in the Centers.

Clasification criteria have been adapted meeting the Center NEEDS AND THE EXISTING SPORTS REALITY IN OUR COUNTRY TO GIVE SPANISH ATHLETES A BETTER SERVICES EFFECTIVENESS. Alongside these better economic resources need to be guaranteed, optimised and invested in the best way from CSD to Spanish Federations.. Each Center owns a name according certain criteria stabilised in alignment to the INTEREST, OBJETIVES, QUALITY OF THE PREMISES AND THE SERVICES, RESOURCES, SPORTS PROGRAMMES AND THE DIFERENT DEPARTAMENTS OR SPECIFIC UNITS THEY WERE CREATED FOR.
