CLASSES Pool Sessions You will learn and perfect your scuba skills in the comfort and safety of the pool before applying what you have learned in an open water setting. Our professional instructors will make you as comfortable as possible in the beginning steps of this amazing journey GIVE A GIFT OF A LIFETIME Have you ever wondered how it feels to float in zero gravity? To visit shipwrecks on the bottom of the ocean? To drop in on schools upon schools of fish? These and many other adventures are opened up to you when you are a certified diver. You will learn all of the skills you need to become a confident and comfortable diver. Here at Steamboat s, we offer Open Water Diver Courses, Continuing Education Courses, Dive Trips, equipment, service, and Dive Charters. The journey starts with an orientation here at the shop. You will receive a home study guide and dvd that you complete on your own time before the class. The classroom session is completed in a day then it is on to the pool where you apply what you have learned to actual diving situations. After completion of the pool session, it s off to the lake for the open water dives. You demonstrate skills you have learned and perfected.
