Rideau Carleton Raceway and Casino (RCRC) will conduct Tournament Tuesdays Slot Tournament on every Tuesday between September 12, through December 26, 2. The chances of winning the prizing associated with the qualifying sessions (each, a Qualifying Session and collectively the Qualifying Sessions ) in this Tournament are dependent on the number of registered participants for the Qualifying Sessions. This Tournament is only open to WCR members only. 3. This Tournament takes place at Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino (the Site ). 4. Mail, email and/or telemarketing invitational reminders may be distributed to qualified invitees. HOW TO ENTER: 5. There is one (1) way to enter the Tournament, as outlined below; 6. Registration will commence at the WCR desk beginning at 9:00 am (or applicable Site opening, if later) on April 4, until 7:30 pm (or applicable Site closing, if earlier) on September 26, or until all Sessions have been filled at the Site, whichever comes first. 7. All WCR members who respond to the call to action from the WCR desk will be eligible to participate in the Tournament on one (1) of the scheduled dates per week on a first come, first served basis, while space and Session times are available. WCR members may only enter one (1) Session per week. 8. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis, until all Sessions are full. Once all Sessions are full, patrons will not be able to register. 9. You must be a WCR member at the time of invitation. There is no fee payable to obtain a membership but Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino is not responsible for any delays in processing membership applications. Eligible members must maintain his/her WCR Member membership up to the time of their Session, and before any prize is received. 10. At the time of registration, all qualified participants must provide the following information in order to successfully complete the registration process: Full legal name; Valid WCR card; Valid Government issued identification; and Telephone number.

Sessions will run each Tuesday from September 12, up to and including December 26, beginning at 11:00 am every 30 minutes with the final session each Tuesday at 7:30pm at the Site. 12. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino reserves the right to cancel or alter, for any reason, the Session start times and/or dates at any time. 13. September 12 December 26, December 5, December 12, December 19, December 26, TOURNAMENT LOCATION: 14. The Tournament will take place at the Site on machine bank A0201 A0208. SESSION INFORMATION: 15. There will be a maximum of eight (8) entrants per Session, with twelve (12) Sessions held per Tournament day, for a total maximum of ninety six (96) entrants per qualifying Tournament day at the Site. 16. A minimum of two (2) participants is needed to play a Qualifying Session. In the event that there are less than two (2) in a Session, then that Session will be cancelled and no prize will be awarded to the entrants for that Session. Patrons who are present will be placed into another Session if space and time permits, at Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino s sole discretion. 17. Members are limited to only one (1) space per Session per promotion. Members are eligible to participate only in the Session in which they are registered. In the event that the number of eligible persons that register for a Session at the Site is less than the minimum number of participants required, then the Session will be cancelled and no points, credits, or prizes will be awarded to the participant(s) with respect to that Session. In the event that all Sessions (across
September 12 December 26, all dates/times) at the Site are cancelled, then there are no prizes awarded in respect of the Site for that Tournament day. 18. A WCR representative will record the player s name and account number on a master list based on preferred/available Session time. The entrant will be given a pre numbered official Session receipt stating the date, Session number and Session time. Entrants will be required to present their official Session receipt to a Tournament coordinator (the Tournament Coordinator ) five (5) minutes prior to the start of their Session time, at the WCR desk, in order to participate. 19. Sessions cannot be delayed due to late arrival. Players who miss a session or arrive late may forfeit their session and subsequently receive zero points for that session. In the event a player misses or arrives late for their session, the Site reserves the right to assign an alternate player to this session. 20. Each participant will be racing against the clock, hitting the spin button or pulling the handle as many times as they can during the three (3) minutes of playing time during the particular Session. Each participant that hits a winning combination will receive credits on the machine s win meter. Following the completion of each Session, the points that appear on the win meter are recorded as the participant s score for that session. Credits are for scoring purposes only and are not redeemable. 21. The Site s Marketing Department will make announcements for the Session times and participants on the Site s Public Address system. Sessions will not be delayed due to late arrivals. Participants must be signed in and present no later than five (5) minutes before the start of the Session. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino reserves the right to award empty positions to other participants awaiting registration, if principal participants are not present when the Session begins. Participants who miss a Session or arrive late may receive zero (0) points/credits for that Session, depending on the Tournament Coordinator s discretion. In the event a participant misses or arrives late for his/her Session, the Site reserves the right to assign an alternate player to the Session. SESSION TIMES: 22. Prior to the start of each Session at the Site, in the registration area, each participant will be randomly assigned a Tournament slot machine by the Tournament software (on which he/she will play) NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE TO THIS PROCEDURE. 24. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino, in its discretion, may cancel a participant s participation in a Session and assign the participant to a subsequent Session, if any, or, in Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino s discretion, to a makeup Session held at a time to be determined by Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino, and no points/credits will be awarded for that cancelled Session. TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS AND MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS: 25. At all times during Tournament play, the Site s slot technician or slot attendant will be available to repair problems that may occur with a Tournament slot machine. If a machine malfunctions during session play, the Site s slot technician or slot attendant will attempt to correct the problem so that the participant can continue play on the assigned machine. If the problem is not corrected, a WCR representative may (in addition to authorized personnel such as slot technicians and attendants) turn the reset Jackpot key and press the spin button on the Tournament machines (and only the Tournament machines that are not impressed or revenue generating machines). The participant will then play a three (3) minute session on a preassigned machine immediately following the Session the patron was registered for, in the Site Sessions. Credits from a previous machine will not carry over to the make up session s credits. SCOREKEEPING: 26. At the conclusion of each Session, the Tournament software will record each participant s score on a score sheet. The score sheet includes, without limitation, the following: The Site location, the participant s name, WCR membership number #, Qualifying Session time, Qualifying Session date, win meter, machine number,
September 12 December 26, 27. The score will be recorded on the automated Tournament software. Any points/credits recorded on a win meter have no cash value. 28. The score recorded on the score sheet is the score that is registered on the slot machine s win meter. Any points/credits recorded on a win meter have no cash value. The participant must sign the sheet verifying that the number written by the scorekeeper is correct and matches the number on the win meter, failing which the participant will not receive any points/credits for that session. SESSION PRIZING: 29. Prizing for the Qualifying Sessions will be awarded following the end of each Session. Prizing will be awarded as follows: 1st Place Twenty Dollar ($20.00 CAD) Merchandise Item 30. In the event that the site exhausts all merchandise options, one (1) Twenty Dollar ($20.00 CAD) Slot Play Offer will be substituted. 31. The top score overall from each Tuesday, as recorded and verified by the Tournament Coordinator, will receive the following prize: First Place Each Tuesday 1st Place each Tuesday Prize Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 CAD) Cash 32. The chances of winning the prizes are dependent on the number of valid participants per Session. 33. Prizing will be handed out following each Session. 34. WCR cards will not earn any points during the playing time of the Tournament 35. Selected eligible winners do not have to be in attendance at the time of the draw to win. The selected eligible winners names will be announced over the Site s Internal Public Address system on the Gaming Floor. If a selected winner who is announced does not present themselves to the WCR desk within ten (10) minutes following the draw, an attempt will be made to contact the selected eligible winner. The first attempt will be made within 24 hours of when the prize draw took place. The second attempt will be made five (5) days after the first attempt. Selected eligible winners will have ten (10) days from the first attempt of contact to claim the applicable prize. Each selected eligible winner is responsible for returning the telephone or email message left by the WCR representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to win the applicable prize. If a selected eligible winner has not provided Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino with phone, email or mail consent, then a note will be added to the member s account and if, within the time specified above, the member returns to the Site, a staff member will attempt to inform the winner of the prize if alerted to their presence at the Site. 36. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more participants with the same score, a play off session will be held immediately following the Session in which the tie occurred to determine the participant s finishing place. After three (3) minutes of tournament play, the player with the highest score in the play off session will be assigned the highest placing position and the player(s) with the lower scores will be assigned the lower placing position(s) accordingly. In the event a participant for the play off session is unable to attend of does not attend the play off session, he/she will be awarded a score of zero for the play off session and assigned a lower placing position on the score board. General 1. Participants must be 19 years of age or older, a member enrolled in the Winners Circle program and must present valid identification. 2.
