12/2011 INITIATION FEE DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANS FOR GOLF MEMBERSHIPS REGULAR GOLF MEMBERSHIP Optional Deferred Payment Plan for Initiation Fees are as follows: Age 51 and over $14,250 paid in 84 monthly payments of $201. Amortized Finance Charge 5%. Age 43-50 $11,250 paid in 84 monthly payments of $159. Amortized Finance Charge 5%. Age 35-42 $9,000 paid in 84 monthly payments of $127. Amortized Finance Charge 5%. Age 34 and under $7,000 paid in 84 monthly payments of $98. Amortized Finance Charge 5%. Upon payment of 1/3 Initiation Fee, Member in any age category is entitled to vote after full payment of the equity member certificate is met, but will not have an interest in the property and assets of the club upon dissolution, which right shall not be granted until after payment of all Initiation Fees. Cost of the equity member certificate ($500) will be charged to the member s account upon payment of 1/3 of initiation fee and will be charged at the monthly installment plan rate interest free until the $500 has been met. 12/2011 Playing Privileges Regular, Legacy and Provisional Members Full playing privileges at any time the golf course is open for play. Unlimited tennis privileges, plus guest fees when applicable. Single Limited Golf Members: Commencing play and continuing through 18 holes or any portion thereof is defined as a round of golf. Limited to one golf member per family. Member may play 24 rounds of golf in-season (November 1 April 30). Unrestricted golf in off-season (May 1 Oct. 31). Full use of the practice facilities. Guests are permitted and will be charged applicable greens fees and golf charges. Member s spouse and unmarried children living at home will have full social privileges throughout the year. Social/Limited Golf Members: Commencing play and continuing through 18 holes or any portion thereof is defined as a round of golf. Social/Limited Golf Members will have unlimited use of Club and tennis privileges (guest fee). Guests are permitted. Guest greens fees apply. Punch Cards may not be used. Practice facilities and limited golf privileges as follows: Nine & Dine may be played year round. When playing in season, Nine & Dine will be counted against allowed rounds. November 1 to April 30 - Six (6) Rounds of Golf - no greens fee. Family Memberships: Husband Six (6) Rounds; Wife Six (6) Rounds (Children playing under this category will be counted as one (1) round against the allowed number of rounds per the discretion of the parent.) Single Memberships: Six (6) Rounds of Golf May 1 to October 31 - Unrestricted golf plus cart fee. May play in Mixed Events, other than Club sponsored tournaments as defined under Golf Rules. Social Members: Unlimited use of Club and tennis privileges. No golf privileges or practice facilities other than to play golf as the guest of a member paying regular greens fees and such other maximum number of times that a guest can play per year. Immediate Family Members of Regular Members & Provisional Regular Members: Mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and grandchildren whose residence is over 100 miles away, may enjoy the same playing privileges as that of the members classification, upon payment of applicable green fees. Mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and grandchildren whose residence is within a 100 mile radius from a Member s home, shall be subject to applicable greens fees and are limited to 5 plays per season. Unmarried children of a member living at home, who have not reached the age of 23, may enjoy the same privileges of the parent s membership classification, except that they may not have guests on the golf course unless accompanied by a member.
