Piloxing Knockout DVD # 8- Feel the energy of the Rounds and Drills and get ideas on how to cue and motivate your class! Be sure to add the Warm-up and Cooldown to your classes as they have been excluded here. Each Quarterly Choreography DVD will include entirely new, never seen before Rounds, Drills and ALL NEW music! When you receive your DVD you have 2 options: OPTION #1: Watch it, learn it and teach it just as demonstrated on the videos!! OPTION #2: Use your PILOXING Knockout Choreography videos to add the new Bases and Drills to your PILOXING Knockout Choreography Template (provided in the manual and below) plug in the Base and Drills (new or old) to create multiple classes. MUSIC and CHOREOGRAPHY NOTE: PILOXING Knockout is a Song-Based Program in which there are very specific music cues that align with each segment within each ROUND that maintains a specific tempo and also sustains the program intensity. It is imperative as a PILOXING Knockout Instructor, that you strictly follow the program to teach the choreography exactly as it is written. Technically any Round track can be used for any Round choreography/drill regardless of the discipline of the Round i.e. Boxing Round music can be used with Pilates Round choreography/drill. Although permissible, it is not preferable as tracks have been specifically engineered to match the energy level of the discipline of the Round in which it was initially released. Adding Variety to your Piloxing Knockout Class Unlike music, choreography Bases and Drill sets are discipline specific and you must choose a choreography Base or Drill set of the same discipline of the Round in which you are performing i.e. when doing a Boxing Round you must choose a Boxing Base and a Boxing Drill. You can not use a Pilates or Knockout Drill because they are of a different discipline then the choreography Base and Round type. The Golden Knockout Rule: The discipline of the Base AND Drill must match each other as well as the Round in which they are executed. Boxing Round = Any Boxing Base + Any Boxing Drill using any Round track (but preferably a Boxing track) Pilates Round = Any Pilates Base + Any Pilates Drill using any Round track (but preferably a Pilates track) Knockout Round = Any Knockout Base + Any Knockout Drill using any Round track (but preferably a Knockout track) 2017 PILOXING.
