We are happy to announce that we have even more spaces available, so if you have been on the waiting list in the past, we should not have that problem this year! We have gift certificates available as well, in any amount! Stop by the office to buy one today! Each month we will be including an activities page in our newsletter. If you color the page and turn it back in to the office by the 20 th of the month, your artistry may be featured in our next month s newsletter! Break out the crayons, colored pencils, and markers and let s see whatcha got! Snow Day Policy Please remember that we follow the same schedule as Pendleton County Schools, regarding cancellations. If the schools are closed due to inclement weather, all 4-H activities are automatically cancelled for that day. All dollars expire one year from the date they were earned. 2. Dollars are only achievable on the following activities and in the following increments. 4-H Activity Speech/ demonstration Dollar Value $30.00 Fashion Show $30.00 Wool Festival $30.00 Achievement Level $50.00 Additional Information Compete in the county 4-H Communication Contest Compete in the county 4-H fashion show Work ONE 3 hour shift at the Wool Festival with 4-H Completion of an 4-H Achievement Level program 3. Dollars will be tracked with event sign-in sheets. 4. Participants in any of the activities listed in the above chart will receive an incentive card to be submitted with an application to one of the events listed in the below chart. 4-H members are responsible for keeping up with their incentive cards and submitting with their application and check for the remaining amount to a 4-H camp or conference. A lost card is a lost incentive. 5. Approved 4-H activities where dollars may be applied are: 4-H Activity Additional Information Camp Conferences Any 4-H led/supported camp Any 4-H led/supported conference Country hams are scheduled to arrive Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 15).
