Fundraising Guide 1. Your team/club earns 80% of the proceeds earned on each silent auction item your members contribute to the Fire & Ice Gala. 2. Determine the amount you need to make for the remaining 2017-2018 school year PLUS what you will need for the 2018-2019 school year. 3. SET a GOAL for the number of items your team/club will contribute. 4. Rally your team/club to donate and solicit for items to contribute to the silent auction item to meet your GOAL. 5. Brainstorm with your team/club using our Silent Auction Suggestion List to gather ideas. We strongly recommend your team/club provide one silent auction item you do as a team. 6. Provide to your members the enclosed packet to assist them in gathering their items. 7. Give them a deadline for all their items to be dropped off or picked up: EVHS Foundation requires all donations to be dropped off or picked up by Monday, January 29, 2018. 8. Administer Check-ins with your members to determine how you are progressing.
