I acknowledge that House Links Membership program includes and is limited to the following benefits and policies: Annual, non-refundable fee of $2000 including tax. Trail Fees at Highlands Reserve Golf Club for all registered guests staying in the member s home each day are as follows: January 1-12 $25, January 13-April 30 $35, May October $22, November December $25 Membership activates on date of purchase and is valid through December 31, 2017. I acknowledge that as the owner of the home, it is my duty to clearly explain the use of this membership to all renters and clients of the home. I acknowledge that this membership allows ONLY registered guests and owners staying in the aforementioned home to play at Highlands Reserve Golf Club under the membership benefits. All guests planning to take advantage of House Links Membership rounds will be required to book tee times on the Highlands Reserve Website, highlandsreserve-golf.com. Booking cancellation must be submitted via phone or email to the Pro Shop no later than 36 hours prior to the tee time. If the guest no shows and fails to inform the golf club in the allotted amount of time the guest s credit card will be charged to the amount of trail fee or fees associated with the tee time booked. All guests must be registered with full name and arrival/departure dates via e- mail to gtebbutt@highlandsreserve-golf.com using the attached registration form. Registered guests must show photo identification upon arrival at Highlands Reserve Golf Course. PLAYERS NOT RESIDING IN YOUR HOME ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS. The membership does not include use of the range, rental clubs, replay rounds, or any other course amenities available at the club.
Highlands Reserve Page 2 I acknowledge that the benefits of this program are extended to me as the home owner, however I am bound by the same regulations and stipulations set forth and attributed to the program when I am residing in my Highlands Reserve home. The Highlands House Links Membership Program may not be transferred in the event the home is sold. The membership is restricted to the above-listed address and is not transferrable to any other addresses owned by the same entity. Highlands Reserve Golf Club agrees to allow the purchaser the right to market the use of this membership to its potential clients. I understand that the House Links Membership does not provide any form of interest or equity ownership in Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Membership does not include access to or use of any Highlands Reserve Community Recreational Amenities. I acknowledge the right of Highlands Reserve Golf Club to close or limit facility use for the purpose of scheduled maintenance, severe weather conditions, scheduled outside events, or any other purpose deemed necessary by Highlands Reserve Golf Club. I acknowledge that I must provide Highlands Reserve with a registered list of guests staying in my home prior to their initial visit to the golf facility. I agree to abide by the Club s Rules & Regulations at all times and understand that the privileges of the House Links Membership program may be cancelled at any time for failure to abide by rules and regulations. This includes and is not limited to misuse by my rental clients. I hereby agree to pay to the Club the Membership Fee including any applicable sales tax, in accordance with the Club s Rules & Regulations. **Due to an increase in guests playing under House Links Memberships who are not physically residing in membership homes, homes registering 8 or more guests will incur a $500 fee in order to maintain their membership status** I AGREE THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONVEY ALL MEMEBERSHIP RULES & STIPULATIONS TO ALL CLIENTS RESIDING IN MY RENTAL PROPERTY.
