KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT: Independent Learning Guide Collect PADI Open Water Manual, Student Record Form and Videoon-loan in Singapore. Step 1: Fill in the details in Student Record Form Step 2: Watch Module 1 video (DVD) Step 3: Read up on Module 1 (PADI Manual) Step 4: Revise through Knowledge Review questions in Module 1 (PADI manual) Step 5: Complete Quiz 1A questions (found in DVD) (answers to be written in Student Record Form and will be graded) Step 7: Repeat the sequence for all 5 modules. Kindly note: ü Module 5 is an overall exam paper NOT a quiz paper. ü a S$20 deposit for the video will be collected if the video is not returned during theory class. During Theory Class: The instructor will collect all Video-on-loan Quiz answers to 1A, 2A, 3A & 4A will be collected and graded The instructor will revise on the use of the Recreational Dive Planner (module 4) All quizzes will require 7 correct answers to pass and the Final Exam Paper will require 35 correct answers to pass.
