755TOTLTEST HF (Yellow Tubes) MOISTURE TEST TOTLTEST INSTRUTIONS HOW TO USE TOTLTEST FOR HF REFRIGERNTS: Totaltest for HF Refrigerants is currently approved for use with R410 only. PREPRTION FOR SMPLING: 1. llow unit to run at least 30 minutes. 2. Locate the low-side vapor service port on the air conditioning or heat pump unit. 3. onnect manifold gauges to system service valves. 4. Measure and record the vapor pressure of the system. Ensure that the system pressure is between 80 and 140 psig. 5. ackset service valve and remove vapor hose. 6. ttach Totaltest instrument to unit s vapor service port. 7. With unit still running: slightly open service valve to blow away residual oil or moisture from the Totaltest instrument. UTION: Liquid refrigerant or oil will distrort test results. 8. Proceed immediately with the next five steps under Measurement Procedure. MESUREMENT PROEDURE: 9. Remove test tube from pack. Note the direction of the arrow on the tube. 10. reak off tips of the test tubes, using one end of the pack with small hole provided for this purpose.
