WELCOME ON JANUARY 11-14, 2018 THE GREATER LOS ANGELES SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION (GLASA) WILL CELEBRATE AND HOST ITS 11TH ANNUAL SIN CITY CLASSIC SPORTS FESTIVAL IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. GLASA is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that encourages and hosts the participation of LGBT individuals and their allies in organized sporting competitions. Our event began as the Sin City Shootout in 2008 as a softball tournament, but over the years the tournament has grown to 200 participating softball teams as well as the addition of 17 additional sports from around the nation. As GLASA proudly celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2018, we are renaming the event the Sin City Classic. We are working toward making the 2018 event the best ever experience for the athletes who participate. Athletes, fans, and families come together to compete in Billiards, Body Building, Bowling, Bridge, Cheer, Diving, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Frisbee, Golf, Ice Hockey, Kickball, Running, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball, Wrestle & Grapple competitions that span across the city. With two main host hotels and one centralized activation space, it is the perfect environment to join as a Corporate Sponsor with this captive audience and their peers. CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY: Company will be the only corporation in their category eligible to participate in Sin City Classic 2018. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS BRANDING OF WELCOME PARTY STAGE: Company will be the exclusive sponsor featured on main stage of Welcome Party at The LINQ Hotel - Bloq Ballroom. ACTIVATION EXCLUSVITIY: Company will be permitted to implement an on-site activation at the Opening & Closing Party s. Examples of which could be social media, photo booths or interactive kiosks for players to utilize. VERBAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AT EVENTS: Sponsor will be verbally thanked at all group events including: Opening Registration, Welcome Party, and Closing Party. FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL FOR 2019: Company will be permitted to renew their sponsorship by April 1, 2018 at same level and benefits. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS ADVERTISEMENTS (FULL, 1/2, 1/4 PAGE): Company can place ad in the Sin City Classic Program Book distributed to more than 6,000 athletes.
