Coaches We are looking to grow our team of dedicated coaches who are passionate about developing junior girls golf and willing to work in collaboration with our team to achieve our organisation s objectives. Host Clubs A key success factor for our organisation will be the ongoing support from host clubs. Our host clubs will need the space for a growing junior program, and a warm and welcoming committe, team of staff, and members to ensure players feel a sense of community at the club. HELPING COACHES & GOLF CLUBS PROMOTE GIRLS GOLF WHAT S IN IT FOR COACHES An increase in income/revenue Our coaches receive 100% of income generated from school term programs. More coaching experience Our coaches experience new coaching opportunities and see an increase in the hours spent delivering instruction. Ongoing professional development One of the long-term goals of GGA is to create a learning environment and assist our coaches with their ongoing professional development. Strategies will be implemented to ensure our coaches are the best in the industry. Exposure Our coaches will have the opportunity to create instructional content for GGA s website and blog. A like-minded community and high-performance culture Our coaches will become a part of a collaborative coaching team, working together to achieve our common goals. WHAT S IN IT FOR HOST CLUBS An increase in junior memberships All GGA golfers who are course ready will be required to join your club. Therefore all our host clubs will receive increased revenue opportunities through their junior membership category. Increased revenue Host clubs will see an increase in sales, through F&B, golf shop and club-fitting referrals. Exposure, marketing and reputation Our marketing collateral and campaigns will be co-branded (E.g., Girls Golf Brisbane at Brookwater Golf Club) therefore your club will receive increased exposure via our marketing channels. An opportunity to play a valuable role in growing the game - All golf clubs need to play an active role in increasing participation at a grassroots level to ensure the long-term sustainability of the game and your club. GGA offers a very special and unique opportunity to only one golf club in each major city to grow female participation in your area, and that opportunity could be yours. 7
