Snohomish Lacrosse Priorities Overall, player development. Teach level & player appropriate lacrosse fundamentals. Foster competition. Encourage teamwork. K-2 basic stick skills and introductory games. 3/4 emphasis on introduction to game & positions. Players will play in multiple positions. Find 2-3 goalies. Both K-2 and 3/4 teams play a half field, shorter game with fewer players. (New USL recommendations) 5/6 begin to find positions. Step-up competitiveness. 7/8 positions become more definite. Prepare athletes for high school play.

Parent Code of Conduct Will not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player or parent Will be a positive role model for my child and encourage sportsmanship... Will not encourage any behaviors or practices that would endanger the health and wellbeing of the athletes. Will encourage my child to play by the rules and to resolve conflicts without resorting to hostility or violence... Will praise my child for playing hard, competing fairly. Will never ridicule or yell at my child or other participant for making a mistake or losing a game.
