Most Improved Award This is awarded to the students from each grade who improved the most from the September test to the June test in their scores and times. This player made great strides in their ability as they were dedicated to learn, work hard, and listen. This player had obvious growth in their skating and puck skills. The Golden Glove Award This is awarded to the goalie from each school with the most improvements from the September test to the June test. This goalie will also demonstrate a high level of ability in all goaltending skills while displaying the attitude to want to grow in their goaltending development. Academic Improvement Award This is awarded to the student from each school who has had the most improvement in their academic classes from their first report card to the end of the year. Gladiator Fitness Award This is awarded to the student from each school who has improved the most in their dryland programs. This student takes great pride in their physical health and fitness levels. This student showed great improvement from their first test to their last test which displays a high level in speed, agility, and quickness. For the younger players they show great effort and attitude in their P.E. class and for the older players they show daily improvements and dedication to their hockey specific training.
