LOCATION Kudadoo is an exclusive private island surrounded by a beautiful lagoon, stunning house reef and long stretches of white sandy beach. Kudadoo is about 200 meters long by 200 meters wide. A direct seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport is a scenic, 40-minute flight. KUDADOO AIRPORT LOUNGE BY HURAWALHI UPON ARRIVAL After clearing Immigration and customs, you are greeted by Kudadoo airport staff who will escort you to the Seaplane Terminal in our private vehicle. Once there, our staff will pamper you until your seaplane departs. UPON DEPARTURE The Kudadoo Lounge at the Seaplane Terminal invites you to relax in comfort. Kudadoo staff are there to welcome with a refreshing cold face towel, complimentary beverages and WiFi. A private transfer is also provided to the International Departure Terminal.
RESIDENCES 13 Ocean Residences of 300 sqm (one bedroom) and 2 Ocean Residences of 380 sqm (two bedroom), each with a 44sqm infinity pool with expansive overwater deck and a range of seating options. Other rooms are available for accompanying personnel and household staff. The Ocean Residences offer undisturbed luxury, mesmerising views of the ocean, large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity and makeup table, as well as comfortable indoor lounge area. DINE AT THE RETREAT The over-the-water restaurant is open for champagne brunch and dinner. Our award-winning team of international chefs present the finest ingredients prepared to your liking specialising in fresh, local seafood, prime beef and a variety of Asian cuisines. Kudadoo s dining concept is to prepare excellent food using fresh, healthy ingredients. You can choose to dine in the retreat, al-fresco, in the privacy of your own residence or by candle-light on the beach. All dietary requirements can be catered for. BARS The 24 hour Bar is located over-the-water where you can enjoy cocktails, champagne and canapes overlooking the breath-taking sunset, or enjoy as a quiet refuge to relax after dinner to peaceful music. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. WINE CELLAR Our resident wine Sommelier will assist you with pairings and recommendations from our extensive wine selection from around the globe. EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCES Paddle Board from your villa at sunrise. Snorkel on one of the Maldives most pristine reef right at the door step of your villa, take an underwater scooter to glide between corals and schools of tropical fish. For the adventurous try our bioluminescent night snorkel where you will see burning red feather stars and green glowing brain and mushroom corals. Explore Lhaviyani Atoll looking for Manta Rays in association with Manta Trust by Private speedboat with your own Marine Biologist to inform and guide you. Take time to drop onto a seagrass bank and see the wonderful hawksbill and green sea turtles. Escape to your private sandbank, Dream Island, to enjoy a sumptuous picnic, turquoise waters and white powder sand. Awaken the explorer in you cruising the turquoise waters in search of uninhabited islands, hidden beaches and dolphins at sunset. Nothing tastes more satisfying than your own fresh-caught sushi or chargrilled tuna steak and when you go fishing we will provide the chef! The waters of the Maldives offer some of the best fishing in the world, and there are few pleasures as completely satisfying as hearing the whirr of line out of your reel as your quarry takes off. Trawl for Sailfish and Tuna, Pop and Jig for Giant Travelly and Barracuda or bottom fish for giant Grouper. For those who prefer a spot of fly fishing we have the perfect spot for bone fish. EFFORTLESS ADVENTURES Wanting to dive the pristine waters of Lhaviyani Atoll? Our dive butler will come to your Residence to show you by ipad all the amazing dive sites that can be visited, take your sizes for dive equipment then be ready to meet you on our jetty at you agreed time with our Luxury Dive Dhoni. Lhaviyani Atoll is famous for its channel shark dives by scooter. We also have rebreathers available for those certified. Adventures a far by luxury yacht can be had at Noon Atoll and the UNESCO biosphere reserve at Hanifaru Bay. Surf fanatics wishing to have ride an exclusive wave will be thrilled to be taken to a secret spot in the south of the atoll. A private speedboat will take you to a hidden spot for your very own private left hand break. For the professionals or the novices our Kite Surfing school can have you airborne within a couple of days. WORKOUT AT THE RETREAT In addition to a full range of fitness equipment overlooking the turquoise lagoon, the fitness center also features private sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt meditation room, shower, and dressing room facilities for men and women. OCEAN WATER SPORTS Our resident marine Biologist is available for guided snorkeling and private adventures around Lhaviyani Atoll. Paddleboards, jet skis, kayaks, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and kitesurfing are readily available for the adventurous.
