INVITED COUNTRIES: USA, CAN, JPN, KOR, IRI, TUR, BLR, RUS, MDA, GER, POL, SUI, FRA, SVK, HUN, ROM, GEO, ARM, BUL, IND, GRE, AZE, UZB, LTU, LAT, ISR, EST, MKD, GRB, CHN, AUS, CZE, EGY, FIN, KAZ, MGL, AUT, ITA, SWE, TUN, BRA, ALG. 2. DATES AND PLACE 2.1. The competitions will be held from 23 to 25 of February 2018 in Kyiv, UKRAINE. 2.2. The competitions will be held on the tree wrestling mats. 3. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS 3.1. The Ukrainian Wrestling Association will provide accommodation and meals from 22 until 26.02.2018 morning only for the members indicated in 5.1. 3.2. All other participants will pay 60 Euro per person per day for accommodation and meals. The delegations or persons who desire to arrive before or depart after the official dates should pay also 60 Euro per person per day for accommodation and meals. 3.3. The travelling expenses to and from Kyiv will be in charge of invited national federations. Ukrainian Wrestling Association and the Tournament Organizing Committee will cover local transportation. 4. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS 4.1. The competitions will be held in accordance with the UWW Regulations. 4.2. Referees of the international category shall officiate these competitions. 4.3. The following weight categories will be available during competitions: GR - 55, 60, 63, 67, 72, 77, 82, 87, 97 and 130 kg FS - 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 79, 86, 92, 97 and 125 kg FW - 50, 53, 55, 57, 59, 62, 65, 68, 72 and 76 kg 4.4. Two kg of tolerance will be allowed for each category in FS and GR styles. 4.5. The Team Leader shall present to the secretariat of tournament the following documents for each participant: passport; UWW license; entry form for participation in the tournament. 4.6. The Organizing Committee will provide, if necessary, the first aid. Participating country will pay all expenses of hospitalization. 5. PARTICIPATION 5.1. The Ukrainian Wrestling Association will provide accommodation and meals from 22 until 26.02.2018 morning only for the following members from Your country: Wrestling Wrestler Team Leader Coach Referee All style GR - - - - - FS - - - - - FW - - - - - 5.2. Organizing Committee not later than February 01, 2018 should receive Final entry forms with pictures of all delegations members to issue accreditation cards. 5.3. The deadline for the Final entries to the Secretariat of tournament is February 22, 2018, not later than at 12.00.m. 5.4. Each participating country should provide Organizing Committee with National Flag and disk of its National Anthem. 6. VISAS The entry visas to Ukraine shall be issued to all participants of tournament at the Embassies and the Consulates Generals of Ukraine according to the preliminary drawn up official invitations provided that all necessary documents are presented by January 20, 2018, in particular: nominated entry, photocopies of passport (all pages) and the filled in table. 7. MEDIA The deadline to present entries for journalists accreditation is February 20, 2018. The official tournament website is http://www.ukrwrestling.com 8. PRIZES 8.1. The Organizing Committee ensures the following prizes for each weight category: - Gold medal, Diploma and Special Award for Winner; - Silver medal, Diploma and Special Award for second place; - Bronze medals, Diplomas and Special Awards for third place.
