EXTERNAL CLASSES Meeting House Tai Chi Class Currently run from the Lancaster Quaker s Friends Meeting House, this class is the Confucius Institute s first class specifically created for the general public. More recently, we have taken to incorporating Wu Shu into part of the class, though this is determined by the instructor. The Confucius Institute was first approached by members of a Tai Chi class, previously run by the University of the 3 rd Age (U3A), who were looking for a new Tai Chi instructor. We therefore recommend this class more for older individuals, but ultimately the class is open to anyone. Next course: This class will resume from Wednesday 17 th January 2018. Friend s Meeting House, Meeting House Lane, LA1 1TX Wednesdays 2:00pm - 3:30pm This class has been progressing for some time, but is intended as a drop-in class, so feel free to try the class out!
