Welcome to Chaux-Neuve Dear ski friends! It s a great pleasure for Nordic Evenements to invite you to the Finals OPA Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Cup 2017/2018. The event will take place from 9th to 11th March 2018 in Chaux-Neuve. We kindly ask you to confirm the good receipt of this invitation if you intend to participate or not. It s important for us to plan accommodation accordingly. Please be careful with the program below. Friday will be a competition day. Deadlines 12th February 2018 Accommodation request & lunch pack request 23th February 2018 - Entries Thank you to respect the deadlines because of the limited capacity of the accommodation. Over the deadline we will not be able to keep prices according to the FIS specifications.

Certificate of Jumping Hill HS60 The certificate is currently under approval. The number of the certificate will be 393/FRA 13.
Accommodation Accommodation is booked through the Organizing Committee. The OC invites you to send your booking requests as soon as possible and by February 12th at the latest. Concerning the lunch, if you prefer get a lunch pack or get your lunch at your hotel please contact the Organizing Committee to specify your requests. Entries Entries deadline: 23th February 2018 Send your entries as soon as possible to the OC. In this way, the organization will be able to plan accommodation more easily. According ICR 313 official entry must be sent by the Organiser ONLINE to all relevant Nations. Prizes and cost reimbursement According to OPA Alpencup Rules Insurance Liability The Organizer will have liability insurance according to ICR art 212.1. 212.2. All participating athletes must have a valid accident insurance according to ICR art. 212.4. All athletes compete at risk of their National Ski Association. The Organizer does not take any other responsibilities than described above.
