To receive 2018 football and 2018-19 basketball priority seating and parking privileges, a Cyclone Club pledge must be made and received by our office prior to March 30, 2018. Priority points are accumulated when membership dollars are received by the Cyclone Club, not when the original pledge is received. Payment plans are available to help spread payments throughout the year, however all donations must be paid in full by December 31, 2018. Have the minimum priority seating donation requirements for Jack Trice Stadium or Hilton Coliseum changed? There are no changes in football or basketball priority seating for 2018-19. New season ticket orders or requests for improved seating locations will be processed according to your annual giving level, priority points within that level and seat availability. However, because of the continued growth in our football and basketball season ticket base, many of the priority seating sections may have limited or no availability for improved/upgraded seat requests or for new season ticket orders. How are parking passes for football assigned? Parking assignments are not guaranteed from year to year. All parking requests are processed according to your current year s Cyclone Club donation level and priority points within that level. Each donor will get an appointment date and time, to manually select your specific parking lot, based on availability, during the football parking selection process. How has men s basketball parking changed for 2018-19? Parking lots C-1 and C-2 (north of Center Drive) will now be stall reserved lots exclusively for Cyclone Club members at the Directors Level ($12,500). Each Directors Level donor will have a reserved numbered spot, guaranteed for them each game. More information on these changes and the process for selecting your stall will be communicated to Cyclone Club members prior to basketball season. 6 E N G A G E I N V E S T A C H I E V E 2 0 1 8 2 0 1 8 C Y C L O N E C L U B M E M B E R S H I P G U I D E 7
