In fact, Thruway League and the ERL do not provide a coaches or contact list. Both of these Leagues have a very expensive fine system in place that requires the teams to inform the League of any changes = stated by Bill Helwig] Assurance needed for designating the correct field of play by the home coach Arrive 30 minutes before start of game with pregame meeting with ARs No cell phones on the field Center ref to interview ARs regarding past referee experiences All referees are to walk the field to investigate potential difficulties while notifying the home coach to fix any concerns on the field including goals Check the air pressure of game balls with a gauge and have a pump

Allow the player to enter field of play and immediately send off for injury 1st Vice President - (Steph Serrano): Uniform orders end this Friday by contacting John Kramer immediately after this Unit meeting Mentor Program supervisor Cathy Jaspe Progress measured by skill development rather than by number of games or years of service U 10 Premier level games will only allow an experienced center referee with special rules for offside Lower level U 10 games will assign only 1 referee to game Mentoring meeting will be held immediately after this Unit meeting 2 nd Vice Persident Charlie Loweecey is unavailable due to college classes Senior Member Rachel Reichart Reviewed the process for acquiring Risk Management approval New lists are received today with new names added to eligibility Timeline for receiving the approved pass after applying is 4 6

When a violation by a player of the Build Out line, then the referee will blow the whistle and require a Restart of the kick (e.g. no penalty awarded). If no circle line exists, then walk out 4 yards each way from center point to create Build

Punting is allowed. No use of heading the ball for U 10 and U 11 players; violation is an Indirect Free Kick from point of violation. Field sizes vary dependent upon age level of players; dimensions are located on JSL website Lead JSL Assignor John Kramer Must have ArbiterPay account available by May 15, 2017; use Direct Pay to your bank account or other payment methods will cost money per payment! Assignors were introduced as listed on website Turnbacks must include an email to assignor AND John Kramer or call each person when an urgent situation happens on the day of your game; notify us! Distance payment of 20 miles minimum from your home is an additional $12; assignor must receive an email signifying the game number and date for any referee who is eligible; use your mileage designation and not what ArbiterSports website uses! Payment will be made at the end of the season in one full payment. Extended mileage for extreme distant games will include an additional $20 total payment distributed among 3 referees (e.g. $8/$6/$6) in additional to regular extended mileage payment!
