INFOMATION FOM THE SHOW HOST: 1. FLD SHOW PATICIPANTS: Like last year, you will be driving your trailers and instrument trucks directly onto the track for this year's event if you arrive before 5:45 at the entrance off of Clinton. Once the show starts we will not be able to have vehicles entering the stadium. We will have an area of the stadium reserved for you and your student guide from IHS will provide wristbands for all of your parent help. It is another full show this year so the track area and performance schedule will still be tight. Please plan on having your band at the entrance gate 10 minutes prior to your performance and pit ready 15 minutes in advance. 2. Only directors, staff, students in uniform, and parents with wristbands will be allowed to enter the softball fields where the bands will warm up. Please advise your parents who will be spectators only of this rule. There is NOT a spectator entrance to the stadium from the softball fields. The only pathway to cross the campus is ajah Way on the East side. 3. As you know, construction is now in phase II at IHS. Busses will be parking in front of the school which is the entrance off Avenue 46. Spectator parking on campus is available in the parking lot next to the stadium, a small lot in front of the school and half of the parking lot off 111. The only way to get to the spectator entrance is on the Avenue 46 side of the campus. The only pathway to cross the campus is ajah Way on the East side. 4. PLEASE encourage your bands and parents to take advantage of our snack bar, as this is a major fundraiser for us. We will be serving cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, soda, desserts, you name it! 5. Percussion Equipment will be available for your use. We also have one small and one large drum major podium if you are interested. Please let me know if you would like to use any of our equipment so we can have it ready for you. 6. Air grams will again be a part of this year s event, so tell your parents and kids they can hear their name spoken by our own Mr. Hermes over the loudspeaker for only $1! 7. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under and students with school ID. Please feel free to print out and distribute the attached flyer.
