ELIGIBILITY This contest is sponsored by the River Cree Resort and Casino and is open to everyone 18 years of age and older as well as an active member of the River Cree s Players Club member. River Cree Resort and Casino has sole judge of entrant eligibility and winner selection. Patrons enrolled in the AGLC Self Exclusion program and patrons currently banned from the River Cree Resort & Casino are not eligible to win promotional draws and prizes. Entrants must be registered Players Club members to qualify to participate. Winner must present Players Club card and valid government issued photo identification. Acceptable identification includes Driver s License, Motor Vehicles Identification, Passport, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status, Immigrant Authorization or comparable identification from another jurisdiction. 6. HOW TO ENTER (PREQUALIFIERS) Bring your Players Club card to B16 (casino promotional area) for your chance to be 1 of 540 Players Club members selected to play in the slot tournament. Spots in the tournament are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. Sign in will start at 30 minutes before each heat on the tournament days. Limit 1 entry per person; Guests will have the choice to register for either day or evening round but not both. The top 10 scores from the day round and the top ten scores from the night round will be eligible for tournament prizing and a Finale Pass. A Finale Pass guarantees the participant a spot in the Final Event on March 28, 2018. 7. SESSION INFORMATION All Rounds: Session times will be scheduled every 5 minutes
Day Round: Starts at 3:00pm, final round ends at 4:15pm Evening Round: Start at 7:00pm, final round starts at 8:15 8. MACHINE SELECTION Machine selection is selected at random on a first come, first serve basis. 9. TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS AND MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS At all times during tournament play, a slot technician will be available to repair problems that may occur with a slot machine. If a tournament machine malfunctions, the slot technician will attempt to correct the problem so that the patron can continue to play on the assigned machine. If the patron is not able to complete his/her session, a secondary session will be held for that patron specifically. 10. SCOREKEEPING At the conclusion of each session, a scorekeeper will record each participants score. The score sheet will include the following; the participant s name, River Cree Players Club account number, session number, win-meter and tournament machine number. The score recorded on the score sheet is the score that registers on the machine s win-meter. Incorrect scores must be crossed out and initialed by both parties. 11. TOURNAMENT FORMAT AND SESSION TIMES Each participant will play a two (2) minute session, and will be given the same amount of starting credits. The finalist is defined by the top 18 scores at the end of the round. The top 10 participants from the day will be awarded a Finale Pass. Only one Finale Pass per participant. The credits that appear on the win-meter are not redeemable and are for tournament scoring purposes only. 12. SESSION TIMES DAY ROUND: The top 18 scores from sessions 1-15 will play the Final Round for tournament prizing. IRREGULARITIES: In the event of a tie score, an extra 5 minutes of play will be granted to those players involved, where the highest score of that round will be declared the winner. In the event of a repeat winner for the Finale pass, we will continue to award a Finale pass to the runner up in order to ensure one finale pass per participant.
All concerns will be directed to the tournament coordinator and as such, their decision is final. River Cree Resort and Casino reserves the right to change, cancel, or alter these rules at any time without notice. 15. FINAL EVENT: Final Event registration will take place on March 28, 2018 at 4:00pm in the casino promotional area. River Cree will host a wild card draw for 30 spots in the Final Event at 5:30pm plus any remaining spots from no-show Finale Pass holders. The Final Event will commence at 6:00pm. The Final Event will host 15 sessions for the 270 participants. Top 90 scores will advance to the semi-finals for an additional 5 sessions. The final round will host the top 18 scores from the semi-finals. The finals winner will receive a $10,000.00 cash prize. 16. ELIGIBILITY FOR WILD CARD DRAWS: I. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. II. III. IV. Participants must be present to win, and will be given 2 minutes to arrive at the designated Promotional Prize Area to claim their prize when called. If the winner is not present their ballot will be marked as a No Show and a new winner will be drawn. (No Shows will have their ballots taken out of the draw for that evening.) BALLOTS (ELECTRONIC DRAWS): River Cree Resort and Casino has an electronic system (RWS) for promotional draws that run without printed ballots. Swiping a Players Club card at a self-service kiosk will allow players to activate the ballots available to them electronically. Electronic ballots are obtained by swiping a Players Club card at any self-service kiosk. Ballots for wild card draws are earned on March 28, 2018 between 3PM and 5:30PM. Players will receive one (1) electronic ballot for the draw when they swipe at the self-service kiosk. 18. WILD CARD DRAW PROCEDURE:
I. Thirty (30) participants will be selected to enter the promotional area to claim their Finale Pass to participate in the Reels of Fortune Final Event. II. III. IV. There will be a total of 30 winners for the wild card Finale Passes. For any open spots in the Final Event due to no-show Finale Pass holders, we will be drawing additional wild card winners to fill those spots in the Final Event. Players may only have one (1) Finale Pass for the Final Event. V. Selection of winners will be done by the RWS system and handled electronically. VI. VII. VIII. IX. Electronic entries must be earned and activated the day of the draw to be eligible to win. A representative of the River Cree Resort and Casino will build the electronic draw on the promotional day and the system will randomly select the draw winner. The winners name will be displayed around the casino as well as announced over the PA system. Participants drawn must be present to claim their prize. Two (2) minutes will be given to drawn participants to claim their prize. In the event a participant is not present within the allotted time, their entry will be marked a No Show, taken out of the draw build, and a new winner will be drawn. 19. FINAL EVENT PRIZES: 1 st Place: $10,000 cash prize 2 nd Place: $1,000 cash prize 3 rd Place: $500 cash prize The remaining fifteen (15) participants in the final round will each receive a $100 slot free play voucher.
