NATIONAL DRESSAGE TESTS FOR E SANTIONED EVENTING OMPETITIONS
EVENTING DRESSAGE TESTS 2018 Dressage tests have no time limit; however the approximate ride times for each test are included for scheduling purposes. For bits and saddlery permitted in a specific dressage test at an Equine anada sanctioned eventing competition, consult Equestrian anada Rules for Eventing In the case of a discrepancy, the English language version of the test takes precedence. GENERAL IMPRESSION MARKS The four General Impression marks included on all E Eventing - Entry test A & B Pre-Training test A & B, Training test A & B and the Preliminary HT test are as follows: 1 Paces (freedom and regularity) 2 Impulsion (the desire to move forward, elasticity of the steps and engagement of the hindquarters) 3 Submission (attention and obedience, lightness and ease of the movement, acceptance of the bridle) 4 Rider: (position and seat of the rider, correct use of the aids) SORING FOR EVENTING DRESSAGE: Each numbered movement is scored Errors: as follows: Excellent 4 Insufficient First Error: 2 points 9 Very Good 3 Fairly Bad Second Error: 4 points 8 Good 2 Bad Third Error: Elimination 7 Fairly Good 1 Very Bad 6 Satisfactory 0 Not Performed 5 Sufficient Half marks from 0.5-9.5 may be used both for movements and collective marks, at the discretion of the judge.
