Turnament Structure 1.- RULES The internatinal turnament F-11 MADRID Ftball Cup Girls 2018 U16 Alcbendas Editin will be played accrding t the R.F.E.F. (FIFA) rules. 2.- TOURNAMENT FORMAT They will frm 2 grups f 6 teams each ne f them (Grup A and Grup B) All the teams frm each grup will play against the ther teams f the same grup a qualifying playff shape. Each wn game results in 3 pints. Each tied game results in 1 pint. Each lst game results in 0 pints. If at the end f the League's classificatin, tw r mre teams have jined the same number f pints, shall be t determine the classificatin f ne r anther team in the fllwing manner: 1. Result f the game between the tied teams. If mre than tw teams tied, match played between them, thse pints are cunted. 2. Overall gal difference, bth in favur and against. 3. Greater number f gals scred. 4. The least gals against 5. Sprtsmanship (fewer cards) 6. Tssing a cin Teams psitined in the grups stage in 5 th and 6 th place will play a knckut accrding t their classificatin t settle the psitins f the 9 th t the 12 th accrding t the fllwing criteria: Ranked fifth in Grup A play against the sixth in grup b and ranked fifth in Grup B will play against the sixth in Grup A. The lsers f match will play 11 th and 12 th psitin and the winners 9 th and 10 th psitin.
Teams psitined in the grups stage in 3 rd and 4 th place will play a knckut accrding t their classificatin t settle the psitins f the 5 th t the 8 th accrding t the fllwing criteria: Ranked third in Grup A play against the furth in grup b and ranked third in Grup B will play against the furth in Grup A. The lsers f match will play 8 th and 7 th psitin and the winners 5 th and 6 th psitin. The teams psitined during stage grups in 1st and 2nd psitin will play settle the psitins f the 1st t the 4th. The team winner f Grup A will play against the secnd f Grup B. First semifinal The team winner f Grup B will play against the secnd f Grup A. Secnd semifinal The lser team f the first semifinal will play against the lser team f the secnd semifinal fr the 3th and 4 th psitin. The winner f the first semifinal will play the final against the winning team f secnd semifinal the final. 3.- CATEGORY Players participating in the turnament was brn frm 1 st f January 2002. 4.- TOURNAMENT PROGRAMATION The League f stage grup, quarterfinals and semifinals will be played between the days 30 th and 31 st f March 2018. The Final, 3rd and 4th place and the rest f qualifiers games will be played n Sunday, April 1 st, 2018 in the mrning. 5.- GAME TIME The League f the previus grup stage will be played with duratin f 2 x 20 minutes and a break f 5 minutes.
Semis, the 3rd and 4 th psitin games, will cnsist f 2 times f 20 minutes each, with a rest perid f 5 minutes. If at the end f the game the result is tied, it will g directly t 5 penaltys, and if the tie persists, will cntinue launching until penalty failure fr ne f the teams. Only the players wh finish the regular time in the field can be launching the penaltys. The Final match will cnsist f 2 times f 20 minutes with a 5 minutes rest perid. Only the players wh finish regulatin time in the field can be launching penaltys. 6.- PLAYERS INFORMATION /SUBSTITUTIONS All the players must present valid ID r PASSPORT, befre the first match thrugh the delegates, therefre given the accreditatin as a participant. Each team must have a maximum f 20* players fr the entire turnament. In each match, a maximum f 18 players can be registered. In each match yu can make 7 changes, being able t d up t 4 f them after t start the secnd half. The players nt participating in each f the match, may sit n the bench next t the caching staff and ther substitutes, and must wear DIFFERENT clthing than the rest f substitute players. A player wh has been replaced during the curse f a match is nt allwed t enter the field f play in the same game. A player, wh has been expelled with direct red card during a match, CAN NOT play at least during the next match, at the expense f what the Disciplinary Cmmittee decides. The yellw cards are nt accumulative t sanctin with a match suspensin fr the accumulatin f them. The cmpetitin Cmmittee shall cnsist f 4 members nminated by the rganizatin. 7.- REFEREES All referees, assistant referees and 4 referees are frm CARFFM
8.- RECLAMATIONS At the time f making the claim, the claiming club must make a depsit f 50 eurs fr each player claimed, in case the player claimed certifies its legality by submitting any f the riginal dcuments requested, the cmmittee will terminate the claim. In any case, if the legality f the player claimed is prved, the claimant will lse the bnd and therwise it will be returned. Claims n arbitratin errrs cannt mdify the utcme f the match. The decisin f the Organizing Cmmittee is final and irrevcable. The interpretatin f the facts and the rules will be final and irrevcable. 9.- EQUIPMENT All the teams must bring bth their 1st and their 2nd Kit t the turnament, numbered. In the case f matching unifrms, it will be the visiting team (named in secnd place) which has t change Each player will take the same number, bth the 1st and the 2nd Kit and must be retained thrughut the turnament. 10.- REQUIRED PAPERWORK IN EACH MATCH The delegate f each the team must present 30 minutes befre, the relatinship f players will intervene in the match. It shall cntain the name f the player and the drsal which is invlved in the same. A team can t begin the game withut the referee having the list f players. 11.- TIMELINESS All teams must be in the field at least 45 minutes befre the start f the game. 12.- STAFF All teams have a persn in their dispsitin frm the Organizatin during the duratin f the turnament fr anything yu need.
13.- FOOTBALL FIELS / MATERIALS The fields where the games will be taking place: Jse Caballer Stadium Luis Aragnes Jse Caballer Pitch 2 and 3 Turnament will be played with balls nº 5 14.- TROPHIES Trphies will be awarded at the clsing ceremny f the turnament which will take place at the end f the turnament, being crucial the presence f all participating teams. Fllwing trphies will be awarded: Fair Play Cach f winner team Best player gal screr Best Galkeeper Best Player Trphies fr all the participating teams. 15.- MODIFICATION Any circumstance that has nt been reflected in the regulatins is exclusive cmpetence f thse respnsible fr the Organizatin, being their final decisin, reserving the right t add, interpret, mdify and apply the rules accrding t their criteria and the needs f the turnament. 16.- INFORMATION In case f any dubts r any questins refer t the Organizing Cmmittee f the turnament. inf@ryaltraininggrup.cm
IMPORTANT NOTES The abve fields are artificial grass and with dimensins adapted t the regulatin f the Real Federación Españla de Fútbl. Within the afrementined facilities, teams will have areas fr the pre-game warm-up and a wardrbe in all matches. By needs f televisin, can be altered bth the schedules f matches and play f the same time r the headquarters f the meeting. Any damage prduced by misuse, bth the sprts facilities and accmmdatin places, will be assumed by each f the clubs. All players must have their sprts health care insurance as well as federal apprval by their Federatin f ftball in their cuntry.
