The Kolter Team took 2nd place in Sweepstakes and won the team award in Listening and Number Sense. Congratulations to the following students who make us Kolter Cougar proud! Kolter volunteers are the best! Thank you for your amazing show of support for Spirit Night! Our next Spirit Night is this evening at Los Tios, 4840 Beechnut, 4:00pm - 9:00pm; they are ready for us! So please join us once again. Everyone is invited; be sure to wear your Kolter T-shirt! Look for your Spirit Night flyer in your child's communication folder; 20% of net sales will be donated to the Kolter PTO if you present the flyer while paying for your meal. We look forward to seeing you there; can't stay to eat? Get it to go and thank you for supporting your Kolter PTO! Hot Diggity Dog! Book Fair Kick Off! Join us for hot dogs on Monday November 12 th from 5:30 until 7:00p.m to kick off Kolter s annual Book Fair. We hope to see you there! We need volunteers! Please e-mail Karmi Irvine if you are able to volunteer or have any questions: kirvine1@sbc global.net. Congratulations to Audrey Freedman a 1st grader in Ms Gornall s class. She competed last Saturday at the Level 4 South State Gymnastics Meet where she medaled on bars with a 9.375 taking 5th place. Way to go Audrey; you make us Kolter Cougar proud! Box Top$ Competition Results Are In! The PTO sends a big thank you to all the wonderful students, parents, and teachers who contributed to this contest! In just 2 ½ weeks we ve collected over 13,000 Box Top labels! The winners of the Popsicle Contest are 2 nd Grade- Ms. CHARPIOT S Homeroom 3 rd Grade- Ms. GRIMM S Homeroom Congratulations to both classes! Please be sure to keep collecting your Box Top labels throughout the Fall for the next contest to be held in the Spring. Remember each Box Top is worth 10 cents and every cent counts. It adds up quickly when we work together. Thank you and keep the box top labels coming!
