WalkFirst Pedestrian Countdown Signals Complete Design Summer 201 Spring Delay Safety measures include signal design upgrades for pedestrian countdown signals, traffic signal heads, mastarms, curb ramps, and street lighting. Develop Dashboard to Summarize Data by Corridor or Intersection Complete Program Summer 201 Spring Delay This project consists of creating a user friendly corridor profile dashboard to quickly summarize data along user defined corridors or intersections. Mission/Trumbull Safety Improvements Complete Construction Fall 201 Spring Delay Safety measures include upgrading the traffic signal mastarms, adding pedestrian countdown signals and other signal hardware. Sutter St., at Mason, Taylor, and Leavenworth Complete Construction Fall 201 Spring Delay Safety measures include four bulbs at each intersection to improve pedestrian safety. Update High Injury Network Complete Program Fall 201 Spring Delay This project includes evaluation and update of the city s high injury corridor network based on latest data from police department and hospital trauma registry. Ellis St./Eddy St., from Leavenworth to Mason Complete Construction Winter Spring Delay Safety measures include installation of pedestrian signals at Ellis/Taylor and Eddy/Taylor. 11 3 3,

SF Street Smarts Begin Program Fall 201 Summer Delay This project will create a miniature city modeled after a previous installation for Children s Hospital in Los Angeles, designed to teach elementary school-aged children traffic and street safety. The set will fit into a truck for mobile installation in different locations around the City. 14 Mission Rapid Project Complete Design Winter Summer Delay Safety measures will be identified to support pedestrian safety along this priority transit corridor which will also increase reliability of service and enhance the customer experience on and off the bus. Geary BRT Phase 1 Begin Construction Spring Fall Delay Safety measures include daylighting, curb ramps, pedestrian and transit bulbs, median refuges, new surface crossings at Steiner, Webster and Buchannan, and signal improvements including new traffic lights, leading pedestrian intervals and accessible pedestrian signals. Lombard Street Safety Project Begin Construction Spring Fall Delay Safety measures include daylighting, leading pedestrian intervals, advanced limit lines, continental crosswalks, and accessible pedestrian signals at all intersections, as well as pedestrian bulbs, pedestrian refuges/islands and transit bulbs at select intersections.
