Please ensure your child is familiar with the facility and where the lessons are taking place prior to the commencement of their lessons. Try to ensure that playtime is minimal prior to lesson time to ensure they are at their peak performance when beginning their lesson. Use playtime as a reward at the conclusion of the lesson rather than the beginning. **There will be times that this is not possible as the pool will be closed to the public. Please ensure your child has been toileted prior to starting their swimming lesson. ***Swim City reserves the right to cancel or change classes and instructors or move students if the need arises. Although we strive to maintain a consistency with instructors this is not always possible.
