Our 17/18 collection embraces quality, style and affordability, incorporating technical and lifestyle products for men and women. Simple, functional design is at the core of our brand philosophy. We're dedicated to creating outstanding and accessible products inspired by our British heritage, for everyone who loves to ski. #DropCliffsNotBombs Planks Clothing differentiates itself from other ski brands with an accessible price point and a playful, welldefined brand identity. Within a thriving ski apparel market we see an opportunity to provide a platform to engage and inspire a new generation of skiers. We support a host of grass-roots initiatives as well, working with high-profile riders such as X-Games gold medalist and Olympic hopeful James 'Woodsy' Woods. We have a strong following of loyal consumers, with growth of 80-100% across key social channels this year. Our customers share our passion and love of the mountains and they embrace the fun and inspirational content produced by our digital team and network of riders. Planks is forecast to deliver revenues of 831k (59% growth on the prior year) in the 12 months to May 17 from three sales channels: online, own-brand retail shops in the French Alps (direct to consumer) and wholesale (B2B).

2017/18 Winter Season Sales & Marketing Strategy The 2017/18 Winter Season will see our sales and marketing strategy continue to focus on the UK and Europe, growing our direct to consumer business through our own-brand shops in Val D Isere, Meribel, Morzine, La Plagne and our Coffee & Clothing concept store in Tignes. We will also continue to build the online business, which has delivered 75% revenue growth this Winter. Confirmed UK wholesale orders have increased by 180% for the 2017/18 Winter Season and we are proud to be working with retail partners such as Snow & Rock and Surfdome. This continues to be supported by a core distributor business in other geographies. Our marketing strategy has a strong digital focus, which is supported by engaging content provided by our sponsored athletes, such as Duncan Adams, Andy Parry and X-Games Gold medalist James Woods. These riders put our products to the test in the most extreme conditions, and while doing so provide engaging content to share on social media with our rapidly growing fanbase. We also run a host of grass-roots programs in ski resorts worldwide, as well as in the snow-domes and dry slopes here in the UK, where the brand began. This strategy has ensured that the brand is accessible to ALL skiers and everyone who loves the mountains.

From helping us to design products in line with the latest trends, to testing all our garments in the field, they are involved with our product development every step of the way. Funding Requirement Planks Clothing requires 100k to purchase stock for the 2017/18 season. 60k of this has already been pre-ordered by international wholesale accounts. The loan is required to fund the payment to factories in Summer 2017 until payment is recieved from our wholesale accounts in Q1 2018. The remaining 40k will be used to finance a portion of the 2017/18 stock for sale on our Website and in our own-brand Retail Shops.
