Promotion Period Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will conduct a Big 6 promotion beginning Monday, January 29, 2018 at 12:00 am and ending on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 7:00 pm. There will be nine (9) ball drawing dates: Thursday, February 1, 2018 Thursday, February 8, 2018 Thursday, February 15, 2018 Thursday, February 22, 2018 Thursday, March 1, 2018 Thursday, March 8, 2018 Thursday, March 15, 2018 Thursday, March 22, 2018 Thursday, March 29, 2018 Each date will have ball drawings occurring at 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm on the dates listed above. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST). Eligibility 1. Must be a member of the Marquee Rewards club. 2. Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Marquee Rewards card. 3. No purchase necessary to receive a Marquee Rewards card. 4. A valid government issued photo ID is required to verify age and identity. 5. All Marquee Rewards members will receive one (1) free selection of six (6) unique numbers between one (1) and sixty (60). 6. Guests who do not want to select a set of six (6) numbers will also have a quick pick option that will randomly select a set of numbers for them. 7. Guests must report to a marketing kiosk between Monday and Thursday before each drawing date and swipe their Marquee Rewards card in order to make their six (6) number selection for the upcoming Big 6 drawing. A new set of six (6) numbers must be selected every week prior to the first drawing on each promotional date. 8. All Marquee Rewards members can earn additional number selections from 5:00am to 11:59pm each Monday beginning Monday January 29 th and continuing each Monday in February and March by earning five hundred (500) tier points ($500 coin-in) through play for up to five (5) additional number sets. 9. Earned number sets may only be redeemed on Monday prior to the Thursday drawings and guests must report to a marketing kiosk to redeem those additional earned number sets. 10. Number sets will only be good for the upcoming drawing date. 11. Guests can win multiple times during each drawing time and date. Page 1
12. All Marquee Rewards members will receive one (1) free entry towards the cash prize drawing to be held on March 29, 2018. Ball Drawings 1. At each drawing a promotions representative will draw six (6) balls from the bingo cage. 2. The numbers will be announced and displayed on select promotion screens throughout the gaming floor. 3. The prize for matching 6 of 6 balls will begin at twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) on February 1, 2018 and grow by ten thousand dollars ($10,000) each week that nobody matches 6 of 6 balls. 4. Prizes are as follows: Match 2 of 6 balls drawn: $25 in Free VLT Play. Match 3 of 6 balls drawn: $100 in Free VLT Play. Match 4 of 6 balls drawn: $500 in Free VLT Play. Only one (1) one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) prize can be awarded during the promotional period. 6. If a winning 6 of 6 entry is presented, the winner will be awarded the cash prize for that week and the prize pool will be reset to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and will resume increasing by ten thousand dollars ($10,000) weekly. 7. In the event that more than one (1) winning 6 of 6 entry is presented at an individual drawing time, the top prize will be split among the winning entries. Page 2
8. In the event that more than one (1) winning 6 of 6 entry is presented on a drawing date, the second winning 6 of 6 entry will receive the reset cash prize of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000). 9. Guests will have sixty (60) minutes from the final ball drawn each hour to claim their prize. 10. Prizes may be claimed by swiping at a marketing kiosk within each designated hour. 11. Free VLT Play will be automatically credited to each winner s Marquee Rewards account within twenty-four (24) hours. Free VLT Play credits will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and will expire at 11:59pm on the final valid date. 12. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. 13. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize covered within. 14. Names and likenesses or promotion winner(s) may be used by Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course for promotional purposes without further compensation. 15. In the event of a kiosk or technical malfunction/outage, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to temporarily discontinue the promotion until a reasonable solution has been determined and implemented. Any games or prizes being played or awarded at the time of the malfunction will be honored and resolved within twenty-four (24) hours. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is not responsible for games not played due to the malfunction/outage and during the malfunction/outage period, as well as any subsequent prizes from those games. Prizes not redeemed during the malfunction period will be reviewed and awarded on a case-bycase basis at management s discretion. Earning Entries for the Cash Prize Drawing 1. If no one has presented a winning 6 of 6 entry by March 29, 2018, there will be a cash prize drawing for twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) cash. 2. Every Marquee Rewards card member will receive one (1) free entry into the drawing that will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 29, 2018 if no guests match 6 of 6 balls during the promotional period. 3. Additional entries for the grand prize drawing can be earned on Mondays from 5:00am to 11:59pm beginning Monday January 29 th, continuing each Monday in February and March, and concluding March 26, 2018. 4. Marquee Rewards Members earn one (1) entry for every ten (10) tier points ($10 coin-in) with no limit on number of entries earned. Page 3
5. Celebrity card holders will receive fifty time (50x) entries on Mondays, and Producer, Executive Producer, and Icon card holders will receive seventy five times (75x) entries on Mondays. 6. If, throughout the promotional period, a winning 6 of 6 entry is presented and claimed, the guaranteed twenty five thousand dollar ($25,000) cash prize will be revoked and all entries earned towards the drawing will be void. 7. Entries toward the grand prize drawing cannot be redeemed for cash, free play, or other prizes in the event that the drawing is canceled. 8. Hollywood Gaming reserves the right to attempt to reinstate the twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) cash prize at any time during the promotional period. General Rules 1. Participants agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation. 2. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of program rules or other misconduct. 7. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to refuse complimentary redemptions if it is determined that the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or a complimentary reward has been changed, altered or tampered with in any way. 8. Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules. 9. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest outcome for all concerned. That decision shall be final and binding. In addition, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time. 10.
